Your own little slice of paradise in the Smokies, View Topia Falls is a lovely 3-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Gatlinburg cabin perched atop the Smokies for awesome mountain views and the serenity of nature. With space to sleep up to 12 guests, it’s perfect for a fun family vacation, a small retreat, or a weekend with friends. Here you’ll spend days enjoying mountain views from the deck, cozied up in the charming living room, playing games, or taking advantage of the many homey conveniences here.
Start mornings sipping coffee at the table on the deck before whipping up meals in the fully equipped kitchen – complete with wine storage for your bottles of local wine. Then head to the living room to watch TV on the big screen or stay warm by the gas fireplace or sit down at the dining table with space for 6. Large garden tubs let you relax when getting ready, bedrooms are welcoming and warm – with their own TVs – and shared spaces bring everyone together.
Maybe your favorite spot, the private indoor pool lets you swim and splash year-round! This Gatlinburg cabin in the Chalet Village community also boasts community pool access. And if you want to stay dry but have some fun, check out the rec space with a pool table, big screen TV and DVD player and Blu-ray players, mini-fridge, arcade console, high-top table for cards, and large windows with treetop views. More conveniences include high-speed wireless internet, a washer/dryer, and a gas grill for cookouts!
When you want to gather with family or friends, the living room in View Topia Falls will bring everyone in. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame gorgeous views, for changing leaves in fall, bright greens in summer and spring, and snow-covered peaks in winter. It’s the perfect blend of rustic and luxury, with exposed wood beams, a large stone fireplace for those cool mountain nights, black bear décor, and dark furniture that keeps the room feeling cozy.
Groups can spread out in the 2 sitting areas here: one with a sofa, coffee table, fireplace, and big screen TV; the other with a sofa, chair and ottoman, reading lamp, and coffee table – perfect for chatting and relaxing. This space is wonderfully designed to open into the dining area and kitchen, too, so it’s easy for everyone to hang out here – together – whether they’re cooking, eating, playing games, chatting, or watching movies.
The chefs in the group will love this gorgeous kitchen, complete with tile floor, rich wood cabinets, wine storage (for the bottles you pick up at the local wineries), plenty of counter space, 2 sinks, small appliances, and full-size stainless steel appliances. There is even a cooktop that blends seamlessly into the kitchen island, keeping the kitchen nice and open for chefs who also love to chat while they work. And with amazing views through the windows, cooking here will be a treat!
Along with seating for 4 at the cooktop kitchen island (dinner and a show, anyone?), View Topia Falls offers a lovely dining space with a 4-person table that still gives you a glimpse of those wonderful views. Spread out across the island, dining room table, and sofas for a cozy night in with the whole family or group. And when dinner is over, this is the perfect spot for playing card games, doing crafts with the kids, or decorating holiday cookies and treats.
Along with doubling as one of the bedrooms, the loft in View Topia Falls is the place to play games. Pull back the curtains and enjoy stretching views as you shoot some pool, bring a board games or some cards and sit at the table with barstools, or have some fun on the multicade here. The rec loft also has a flatscreen TV mounted above the mini fridge, so you can watch movies and have your drinks on hand as you play and hang out on the sofa here.

Adults can relax on the loveseat and in the chairs as kids have fun playing and splashing in the pool. The other bedrooms have king-size beds, deck access, their own TVs, and bedside reading lamps. Bathrooms are also unique, with stone and tile walls, jetted tubs, and elegant privacy curtains.
