Your safety and comfort are our top priorities when it comes to enjoying your vacation rental’s private pool or swim spa. While swimming is a relaxing and fun part of your Smoky Mountain getaway, a few key reminders help ensure the experience is worry-free.
Please note there is no lifeguard on duty — guests swim at their own risk and are responsible for supervising all members of their party, including children. All our cabins with indoor pools feature a safety pool alarm that triggers every time a door to the pool room opens; simply press the button to silence it upon entry.
If you notice any cleanliness issues upon arrival at your mountain lodge, please report them within 24 hours. To keep the water clean and safe, do not add soaps, bubble baths, or any other products. Guests are welcome to bring their own floaties and pool toys, but please be sure to remove them when not in use.
Heated pools and water temperatures are not guaranteed and may vary on your mountain retreat.
