Mountain Therapy is also located in the Chalet Village community, meaning you have access to many wonderful community amenities. Along with 3 clubhouses, Chalet Village features multiple pools, shuffleboard and horseshoes, game tables, tennis courts, walking trails, and kids’ areas. So when you want to get out of the cabin but don’t want to drive into town, Chalet Village will offer plenty of ways to play! Stay at Mountain Therapy for your next Smoky Mountain adventure!
Living Room
From the moment guests walk into this beautiful cabin, they will be greeted with a home-like interior that will make guests want to drop their bags and relax for days! The stunning living room area offers plenty of seating for all 7 of your guests. Whether you’re sitting in the rocking chair, on the large couch, or on the love seat, this room is perfect for watching your favorite shows and movies with the family on the big screen TV.
During the cooler months, snuggle up by the gas fireplace and keep warm while watching TV or reading that new book you picked up for the trip! Once you’ve put the kids to bed, you’ll love spending romantic evenings cozied up chatting, sipping wine, or just watching TV before heading to bed. On warmer summer days, cool off and unwind on the sofa before heading to the community pool or climbing into bed after a long day.
Kitchen
Another welcome amenity at this Gatlinburg cabin is the fully equipped kitchen. It is great for those who always prefer to make meals in the cabin or have snacks on hand. This cabin offers a large double sink, a coffeemaker, an oven/stove combo, and plenty of cookware and utensils to ensure you need nothing but groceries to make those yummy meals!
Whether you are making breakfast, lunch, or dinner, this cabin has you covered with this spacious kitchen! Even if you don’t want to cook, it will be a convenient place to reheat leftovers, store that fresh fudge from downtown, or re-plate takeout for a nice meal in the cabin.
Dining Room
The dining area at Mountain Therapy seats up to 6 guests, but there is an extra chair over to the side to seat all 7 guests! The wooden table and chairs are perfect for dining together with loved ones, but the table can also be used to play board games with the family after dinner!
Sitting around the table and playing together as you bond and talk about the day is the perfect way to wind down before bed. This can also be your go-to spot for working when away from home – if you can pull yourself away from relaxing and playing with family and friends.
Rec Room
Settle into the cool game room with walls of windows framing the towering trees and direct access to the deck with the hot tub! Between soothing soaks and sips outside, play rounds at the pool table, chat by the fireplace, enjoy TV entertainment, and beat the highest scores on the arcade unit. It's a lovely spot to hang out, reconnect, and have fun on your Gatlinburg getaway.
Bedroom
After a long day in town, Mountain Therapy is a wonderful place to kick back and relax. This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin has room for 7 guests to sleep comfortably in a spacious, private room. The primary bedroom downstairs offers a king size bed. One of the main level guest bedrooms offers a queen size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for children or guests who don't mind shared sleeping quarters. It contains a day bed in addition to the king size bed. Each bedroom offers a TV so guests can watch their favorite shows before falling asleep!
Outdoor Spaces
Outside on the patio, there are multiple places to sit and relax. The deck has a view of the forest, but you can get a view of the Smokies seasonally in the winter months. This cabin offers a gas grill for grilling your favorite meats or veggies, as well as a table for dining outdoors. Guests looking to relax need to look no further than the steamy outdoor hot tub! Relaxation is never more than just a few feet away at Mountain Therapy! You’re sure to head home feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and renewed from your Mountain Therapy.
Other Amenities
A spot in Chalet Village means access to an impressive lineup of amenities. Summer days can be spent splashing in the pools by the 3 clubhouses in this Gatlinburg community. Chalet Village also offers walking trails, tennis courts, kids’ areas, shuffleboard, horseshoes, game tables, drink machines, and more conveniences to keep you entertained – without going far from your cabin! At the cabin, the washer and dryer will be nice for washing pool towels, hiking clothes, and more so you don’t have to head home with a suitcase full of dirty laundry.
Head on over to downtown Gatlinburg and experience some family fun that can only be found in the Great Smoky Mountains! Dinner shows, yummy food, and action-packed fun await downtown! Mountain Therapy is a short 10 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg, making this cabin convenient to all of the area’s awesome attractions!
Kids (and kids at heart) will love laser tag, miniature golf, go karts, arcades, footlong Ogle Dogs, airbrush t-shirts, and old-time photos. Couples can sip moonshine, listen to live music, enjoy the nightlife in downtown Gatlinburg, and stroll hand in hand along the Parkway. From kids to adults, there is always something to do, see, taste, and experience in downtown Gatlinburg – just a short drive from your Mountain Therapy!

Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!

We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.

Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.
Average quality accommodations. Will have some good quality and some low quality elements. Things such as a mixture of flatscreen and tube tvs, good quality furniture but worn out and not consistent, particle board cabinets and laminate countertops with updated appliances, or updated appliances but not consistent. These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
