Spend days at Smoky Getaway relaxing and having fun. You can unwind in the soothing hot tub on the deck as you look out over the trees and mountains, kick back on the sofa in front of the big screen TV in the living room, or shoot some pool in the game room on laid-back days. The cabin also has a DVD player and Blu-ray player and high-speed internet, so you can have movie nights and stay connected.
Smoky Getaway is also packed with amenities to make you feel at home, including a fully equipped kitchen that makes mealtimes easy, a washer/dryer, a TV in the bedroom, and a cozy gas fireplace. At night, enjoy a king-size bed in the bedroom and 2 queen sleepers for extra space after enjoying a drink from the rocking chairs on the deck. In winter months, check out the nearby ski slopes at Ober Gatlinburg to ski, snowboard, and snow tube. Living Room
Walk into the cozy living area, where a charming black bear welcomes you from the start. There’s a plush area rug to keep toes warm in winter, a plump sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) for comfort, and a stone (gas) fireplace to set the mountain mood. A ceiling fan keeps guests cool on warmer days, the glass coffee table is perfect for cabin snacks and drinks, and the big screen TV pairs well with the DVD and Blu-ray players for movie nights! It’s a nice spot to gather in the mornings for coffee or in the evenings for wine.
Kitchen
Only steps away lies the quaint kitchen that is fully equipped for homemade meals and midnight morsels on your Smoky Getaway. It’s open to the living and dining areas and features natural light from a large window. Major appliances include a dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, and stove. Not to mention, there’s a toaster, blender, and coffeemaker ready to help prep and serve food and drink. Counter space is plenty, and chefs will appreciate the bar seating for 2 so taste testers and friends can hang out while breakfast, lunch, and dinner is being lovingly prepared.
Dining Area
Set the elegant glass dining table with 4 cushioned chairs under the antler chandelier not far from the kitchen. Surrounding windows let you dine in a beautiful tree studded setting, and with additional seating in the nearby living area plus seats at the kitchen’s breakfast bar, everyone will have a place to eat, drink, and chat with loved ones. The dining area is also a great spot to set out a board game, shuffle a deck of cards, open emails, add a new entry to your blog, or journal your time in the Great Smoky Mountains.
Rec Room
Fun and games await in the happy rec room that features a full pool table for rousing rounds, sofa and chairs for relaxing or waiting your next turn, and a mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment while you play. The sofa also turns into a queen sleeper for extra guests or those who want to play and watch TV into the night. It’s a great space to hang out together or slip away for a little privacy when everyone has gone to bed and you feel like reading (or writing) a few more chapters next to the end table lamps.
Bedroom
Featuring a private balcony with lush views, log furniture with a king size bed, large windows extending towards the high ceiling and framing tree canopy scenes, beautiful stained glass above the bed, plus seating with a flatscreen TV, the 1 bedroom at this Gatlinburg cabin is a fine suite. It’s the perfect space to unwind throughout the day, take naps whenever you please, and relax every evening. There’s even a ceiling fan for warmer nights, and reading lamps so you can catch up on your favorite novel series. Other guests may get cozy on a queen sleeper sofa, either in the living room or the rec room. And there are 1.5 bathrooms for everyone’s convenience.

Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!

We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.

Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.
Average quality accommodations. Will have some good quality and some low quality elements. Things such as a mixture of flatscreen and tube tvs, good quality furniture but worn out and not consistent, particle board cabinets and laminate countertops with updated appliances, or updated appliances but not consistent. These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
