"We stayed at Picture Perfect 925 and it was amazing!!!!!! Check in went flawlessly, we just had to enter a code to get into our cabin. The cabin itself was very clean and updated(didn’t seem like an old cabin). The view in itself was amazing, and we were near other cabins but secluded for privacy which was a plus!! We did encounter a black bear on two different occasions but they seemed like they were use to seeing people because they didn’t bother us at all, only opened the door to our van and stole some pringles lol. All in all, the trip was great, we didn’t do too much in town so having the cabin we had, as comfortable as it was, was nothing short of amazing!"

"We recently traveled from Ohio with 3 generations and had a wonderful time at Picture Perfect. Make sure to wake up for sunrise and spend time in the hot tub in the evening. House was perfect, comfortable furniture and beds, enough space for 11 of us, fully equipped kitchen, close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge yet you felt far away when at the cabin. Wonderful office staff helped us with our original plan which was at beginning of covid and had to be cancelled, luckily we had purchased the insurance, definitely a plus that this insurance is offered."

"We were really happy with the level of customer service we received from Cabins For You. Booking was extremely easy and locating the cabin with their directions was also very easy. The cabin itself far exceeded our expectations. The rooms were spacious and the view was amazing. We have stayed in the Smokies many times over the years but this was probably our best trip. Everyone had a great time and were already asking when we were coming back. We even enjoyed a couple of visits from the local bears."

We never found the community pool but didn’t need it because there were so many things to see and do, plus the hot tub was perfect after a long day. "The view was amazing!! The house was very clean and well kept. The jacuzzi was a hit with everyone. Only things I would suggest is you should supply extra toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags include it In price. Not having any sheet pans made it difficult not having anything to carry up the stairs the food we grilled since the grill is down stairs. Over all the house was cozy and beds were very comfortable."

- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?

What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
