Alica

Great stay but our last night was a little traumatic due to an actual “bear encounter”.

Clean, updated nicely, spacious. How high up it was and the roads up/down, few safety issues, first floor bedroom bed was very high my elderly mother couldn’t get in it and had to sleep out on couch.
Response from Cabins for You
Alica, thanks for staying with us and for the review. Glad the cabin was clean, nicely updated, and spacious. I’m sorry about the steep roads and any safety concerns, we’ll review our arrival notes and property checks to help future guests. I’m also sorry the first-floor bed was too high for your mother; I’ll pass that to our team so we can offer lower bed options or clearer notes for guests with mobility needs. We appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again. Cabins For You

Our stay at Cabins For YOU was excellent overall. The cabin was beautiful, well-maintained, and made for a relaxing getaway. The only small downside was that some of the TV remotes didn’t work, but it was a minor inconvenience. We truly enjoyed our time and would happily recommend this place to others.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this Airbnb last week. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was seamless, every message was prompt, friendly, and clear, which made the entire process stress-free. Check-in was smooth and straightforward, with all instructions provided well in advance and easy to follow.
The space itself was exactly as described (and honestly, even better in person). It was spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities I could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Small touches, like \[you could insert examples if relevant—fresh towels, coffee/tea, toiletries, welcome snacks], really made it feel warm and welcoming.
The location was perfect, quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to everything I needed. I felt completely at ease and relaxed throughout my time there.
Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.
Response from Cabins for You

We had three families (6 adults and 8 kids, ranging from 15-2 years old) traveling from Wisconsin. We were not quite sure what to expect as for roads up to the cabin, but we were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful drive. When we got to the cabin we immediately felt at home. It was clean, smelled nice, and the linens and bathrooms were in pristine condition. There was not one complaint our entire stay. We really loved the view and had a few campfires looking out over the exquisite view, it was a short walk or drive to the pool with again a breathtaking view and very accommodating pool supervisor, and plenty of wildlife to see with bear sitings every day!
Response from Cabins for You
It means so much to know your families felt so at home and enjoyed those gorgeous views together. We truly love hearing how much you appreciated the cozy cabin, campfires, and even the daily bear visits! It’s wonderful your kids had fun and the pool experience was so memorable too. Thanks for sharing your adventure with us!

There was a mama bear with two cubs that came right up to the backside of the cabin - it was AMAZING! I didn’t realize it was a small drive up through windy roads in the mountain - probably just didn’t read that through on my end. I would echo what others said. Bring extra towels - sheets for sofa bed - toilet paper - garbage bags - etc. There was also no batteries or darts for dart board. Probably could use some more bath mats - one upstairs is used to cover the cracks in floor but could use another one by the actual shower. Beds were comfortable but the headboards squeak with slight movement. Hot tub got gross by day 5 but I feel that happens at other places too I also wasn’t 100% clear on the tennis courts up the hill / if they were for our use etc.
Great distance to downtown. We got locked out once and by calling - they were able to reset and let us in within 2 minutes! Lots of space for our 3 families - really amazing views - overall great place!
Response from Cabins for You
Thanks so much for sharing such a fun and thoughtful review—it sounds like an unforgettable visit, especially with the bear sighting! It means a lot that you highlighted both what worked and what could be even better, and we’ll take those notes seriously. Really glad the space, views, and quick support helped make your stay special. Hope you’ll come back and enjoy it all over again someday!

I recently celebrated my 28th bday at this cabin. We stayed there for 3 nights and it was 10 of us. Everything was nice and just like the pictures! Best part, the cabin was decorated with holiday decor, in which I loved????
The kitchen was great and had very modern essential tools and appliances, we made breakfast and chili. Griddles available for use as well.
The cabin was in a great convenient location, right next to downtown gatlinburg and maybe 10-15 miles away from Pigeon Forge. We explored both areas.
I would advise bringing bed (fitted) sheets for the sofa beds downstairs.
I will recommend if using the hot-tub please start it/warm it up hours before using.
You will probably need to buy more logs for the fire-pit. Door-dash was very convenient. They delivered items right to the cabin.
We also asked for late checkout in which they accommodated us until 12noon for $25 extra.
All in all, no real complaints! You will enjoy yourself if you plan accordingly????
Response from Cabins for You
So glad to hear that your birthday getaway was such a memorable one! It’s wonderful that you enjoyed the holiday decor, the kitchen amenities, and the cabin’s great location. Thank you for the helpful tips about the sofa beds, hot tub, and fire-pit; they’ll definitely help future guests. We hope to host you and your group again soon for another fun adventure!

This was an awesome stay for me and my church group! The place was super spacious and I loved the open concept with the kitchen and living room. The view from all 3 floors was amazing and the pool tables and other games in the bottom floor were clean and super fun as a bonding activity. The only issue I had was when we checked in there were a bunch of dead and some alive ants by the trash can in the kitchen laid out. But we swept those away and called the number for Cabins For You and they had somebody come out the next morning to take care of it which I really appreciated. They were quick to take care of our only issue and then the rest of the stay was blissful! And we did see a bear strolling past the house once but not a threat at all and he minded his own business like a boss. Overall great stay and I would definitely book again, thanks for the memories!
Response from Cabins for You
We're so glad to hear your church group had such a wonderful stay! It's great knowing you enjoyed the space, the games, and those incredible views. We apologize for the ants and appreciate your understanding while we got it sorted quickly. Thanks for sharing your experience and for making memories with us—we'd love to welcome you back!

We hosted Friendsgiving here and the cabin was great! We had a little trouble with the code to enter into the cabin, but the host answered immediately and helped us get in. Views were great. Hot tub was very relaxing. The freezer didn’t seem to make ice and we did need to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, I would definitely book again!

Parking lot is great compared to others around that area ! And is only minutes away from attractions and restaurants! We had the best experience! A mama bear and her three babies came over to the parking lot !!!!!
WiFi; we were not able to connect to the wifi but didn’t really need it, we enjoyed every minute when came back from the parks ! ( but it may be something to get fixed for others that may need it for work /school )
The cabin is as described and as seen in pictures ! The view!!!!!! the best eagle view !
