Location: Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Area: Oak Square condos
Conveniently located in the Oak Square Condominiums, Oak Square 305 keeps you close to area attractions, restaurants, and shops. Easily stroll along the Parkway in downtown Gatlinburg, take the drive up to Ober Gatlinburg, explore Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, or visit the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community before coming back to your cozy condo to unwind. With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 6 guests, it’s great for a family vacation or a getaway with friends.
At Oak Square 305, start days by making delicious breakfasts in the fully equipped kitchen or sipping coffee at the table for 4. You’ll have a microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, oven and stovetop, and a refrigerator/freezer for easy leftover storage or meal prep. Then relax in the living room on the sofas or in the recliner, flipping on the tabletop lamps for reading or cozy vibes at night. The coffee table is large enough for a board game, and there is a big screen TV for movie night!
Here you can stay warm with the wood-burning fireplace on those cool mountain nights, enjoy lovely valley views, or take advantage of the wireless internet in the condo. You will even have access to indoor and outdoor community pools for some fun! And at night, head to the cozy bedrooms that feature their own TVs, 1 king bed, and 1 queen bed. And if you have a full house, the sleeper sofa will give you some extra space.
Step into your cozy condo rental in Gatlinburg and spread out in the welcoming living room. The sofa invites you to take a load off after traveling, exploring downtown, or skiing. The loveseat is ideal for couples or teens who want to lounge with a tablet. And the recliner is perfect for taking a nap, kicking back for a movie, or opening a good book to enjoy by a crackling fire.
Guests will enjoy entertainment on the big screen TV anytime. Keep snacks and drinks on the coffee table while resting in the space. You can even play card games here or simply chat together with a bottle of local vino. The wood-burning fireplace adds a touch of the mountains to the room and is perfect for cozy cool nights in the Smokies. And tableside lamps offer extra light in the evenings, ideal for reading or staying up to talk.
Just off the living area lies the kitchen that is outfitted with everything you need to cook and serve meals at the condo. Store ingredients, snacks, and drinks in the refrigerator and freezer. Pop brownies or cookies into the oven for special occasions...or just because you’re on vacation! Whip up breakfasts and dinners on the stovetop. And fix everyone’s favorite movie-night treat in the microwave.
All you need to bring are the ingredients, and you’re all set! This fully equipped kitchen provides all the pots and pans, dishware, utensils, glasses, and mugs you need. If you need any special cooking equipment, like a slow cooker or extra-large pots, be sure to bring those along as well.
Nestled into the kitchen space is the quaint dining area. The table for 4 sits beneath the chandelier and offers a nice space to gather for meals together, with added seating just there in the living room. It’s convenient to the kitchen so seconds and dessert are practically within arm’s length, and the table can function as extra counter space during meal prep.
Aside from serving meals, the table boasts a great space to play board games that are provided at the condo too! You could also set up a temporary homeschool station, open a laptop to get a little work done, create arts and crafts, or slip away for a fun midnight cocktail with your bestie.
Snuggle up for sweet dreams in your king-size or queen-size bed in the bedrooms at Oak Square 305. Each bedroom features end tables with lamps, a dresser, and a TV to keep everyone entertained throughout your stay in the Smokies. The main bedroom even has a private bathroom for optimal convenience and a glider where you can rest for a while with a good book or a little Ole Smoky Moonshine.
At night, enjoy a hot shower or bubble bath and change into your favorite PJs before gliding into bed. You can turn on the TV for a while, read into the night, or stay up and chat with your spouse or friend. For additional guests or the kids, the sleeper sofa in the living room is a great bonus. Plus, there’s a big screen TV to enjoy in there!
Valley views await outside, and you can see scenes of the treetops from some of the windows inside your Gatlinburg condo rental. Nice for travel, the roads to the condo complex are flat and paved. Once you arrive, there are 1-2 parking spaces that are also flat and paved to make vacation life even easier in the Smokies.

"Location was perfect but the condo was amazing! It looks just like the pictures! Very clean!! Enough room for everyone! We had 3 people but 6 could have slept comfortably in the condo! We will definitely rent this one again! The mountain decor was so cute! Love the location and have stayed at Oak Square 3 times because of it! Not on main strip, it is one block off of it. 1minute walk to the strip! More quiet and has actual room to park! We also really enjoyed the heated pool and the outside one! I will recommend one restaurant if you stay here....El Salvador!! Great Great Mexican restaurant! It is located on other end of strip but well worth the walk! I have absolutely nothing bad to say and that is rare!! Beds were VERY comfy!!"
