Reviews for Creekside Retreat 179

  • "Great place to stay if you can go when it snows."

  • "Everything we needed and super easy to check in! Great condo near attractions!"

  • "My dad and I went on a weekend trip here to get away and clear our heads from our stressful lives. This place was great for that! The good size porch was wonderful. You can see and hear the creek that is right next to it and sit out there all day. The location was awesome we were right above Gatlinburg and the park both. We were able to hike and shop and not have to drive far at all! The bed was super comfy! Great stay!"

  • "My condo was absolutely beautiful and clean. The contact I had with the staff was responsive. I would definitely stay and again and would refer others. I’m very happy with this stay🥰"

  • "It was nice to come back to a quiet place for the evening after running around all day. The condo is a great location & fit our family well. The condo is very nicely done inside. We even had a family of bears visit us."

  • "My husband & kids enjoyed the condo. It was clean, cozy, and close to the strip."

  • "The condo was the perfect size for two of us for a quick weekend trip. It was spotlessly clean when we arrived and just as described. The location was perfect. We were just 5 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, but still felt like we were in the woods. The sound of the stream outside of the condo was so relaxing. A few things to note, the unit has both a Keurig single cup brewer and a drip coffee machine (I love my Keurig so was happy to see it when we got there), the unit does not have a hair dryer - thank goodness for naturally curly hair, and the fireplace is wood burning, not gas. I missed that detail in the description which is totally my fault. We would have loved to use the fireplace but didn't bring wood or want to have to mess with logs. Overall this was a great condo and we would definitely book again in the future."

  • "Great location close to the National Park and Gatlinburg. 20 min from pigeon forge. Outside of building is older but the inside of the apartment is pristine. Very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 kids."

  • "great value and beautiful view! not too far from town and my little car was able to get to and from pretty easily :)"

  • "Very nice place! Very clean and up to date. Nice view of the babbling stream! We would definitely stay here again. We saw a few bears which was very cool! I would recommend this condo!"

  • "We had a quick get away and enjoyed our trip. It was easy process for check in and check out, great communication with everyone. No issues and great place and location, we can’t wait to return!"

  • "We had a great stay and easy process for checking in/out and communication emails were very easy reads. We can’t wait to go back!"

  • "What a perfect place for a grownup girlfriends getaway! The condo is a tucked away corner unit that feels like a private cabin instead of a condo. Open curtains reveal lovely woodsy views...open sliding doors let in the relaxing sound of babbling brook below. Incredibly comfy bedding, beautiful well equipped kitchen, and superb cleanliness. We spent much time just relaxing in front of the fire... with wine and our custom made charcuterie; enjoyed a movie each evening as well as the BUCKEYE game on Saturday. Yet we were still close enough to enjoy both Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge during the day. TIP: follow the directions you are sent... unless you want an 'ohmygod' experience trying to follow your gps up and over the mountain (yes...speaking from experience!!! our first experience with Gatlinburg mountain roads was quite the adventure!!!!). Overall.... this condo is a perfect balance of mountain privacy and unlimited Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge enjoyment."

  • "comfortable stay and the fireplace was a great additional to the place! There is a grocery store about 2mins walking distance away so that was convenient. Remember to get your own toiletries though as that was not provided."

  • "The place was as pictured and beds were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay"

  • "I have to agree with the description that this unit is the best one, with a private balcony, and beautiful surroundings! It looked even better in person. I had read that the beds were a little high/tall, but the wood bed frame could be used as a step if needed, so that was not a problem. Very cozy, plenty of space for our group of 4, and it was nicely decorated. The check in was simple, all instructions were emailed in advance, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We were able to see a total of 6 bears in the area, so that was a highlight of our trip! Highly recommend this condo, parking was a breeze, just be careful on the mountain roads!"

  • "The condo was a great place! The only complaint I had was that both beds were set up to high! They really don’t need to be that high. Not very easy to get in and out of the bed (especially if you’re elderly like us). Besides that, the condo was a great find!"

  • "Nice place to stay. Just a few things that we didn't care for. The toilet problem and the fireplace. Toilet was loose but fixed but it ended up leaking in the back. The fireplace was nice to have but even though it didn't work out because it would let the smoke come out into the living room. Yes the vent was open. Had to open the doors to vent it out."

  • "the cabin is amazing and the kitchen is well equipped. Hot tub was running, so jumped right in. "
