And while the cabin is not located in the Chalet Village Resort, you will have access to the community pools, clubhouses, tennis courts, and more. Just take a drive to enjoy the many amenities here! 

Easily prepare meals for the group in the cabin’s fully equipped kitchen. Cozy up in the living room that has easy patio access, a plush leather sectional, a flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. Stay entertained with a pool table and arcade games and tap into the free Wi-Fi to stay connected. Each bedroom feels fresh and calm, giving guests peaceful places to call it a night.

But the real star here is the grand outdoors! This partially fenced property offers tons of outdoor space to run around, play, relax, and enjoy the beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains! There are 8 parking spaces (some covered), with room to park a trailer as well. Throw a ball, set up a game of cornhole from home, or let the kids just run free in this spacious and flat yard. 

Fire up the grill on a nice day and have your meal at the outdoor table or just enjoy drinks and chats in the chairs all around. At night, gather around the firepit for stories and s’mores. Central to this spacious eat-in kitchen is the original wood-burning stove that adds classic cabin charm to your mountain retreat. As usual, there’s a wall of windows framing the views and streaming plenty of natural light during the day. It’s super nice to have a totally outfitted kitchen on vacation as it helps save money on dining out and keeps food and drink on hand.

You can spread out to the table outside or the living room nearby as well. There’s also another bench in the space for additional seating in the kitchen. All 5 bedrooms at this cabin in Gatlinburg feature a smart TV for added entertainment on your Smoky Mountain getaway. Each of the spare bedrooms has its own HVAC controls plus outdoor patios with chairs to make everyone more comfortable. 

With a mix of 4 king-size beds and 2 queen-size beds in the bedrooms plus 1 sleeper sofa in the living room, there’s room for up to 14 guests. There are also 5 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, and a soothing indoor jetted tub for relieving spa baths in the mountains!

Plus, the driveway is also flat and paved and features partially covered parking for 8 (including room for a trailer). And there are 0 steps to enter this single-level home, making unloading groceries, suitcases, or souvenirs so much easier.

Located behind The Park Grill on the strip in Gatlinburg, King Bear Downtown offers guests a super convenient location on their Smoky Mountain vacation. It’s only a 5-minute walk to the Parkway downtown that boasts loads of attractions, shops, and eateries in Gatlinburg. You can explore Ripley’s Aquarium of the Smokies, play at aerial adventure parks, putt-putt with friends, try homemade fudge, sample moonshine, visit museums, and attend seasonal events. 

Not to mention, you’ll be within minutes of the Great Smoky Mountains National Park entrance! You can hike, ride horses, plan peaceful picnics, fly fish, and discover hidden waterfalls. Fun fact: the original section of this Gatlinburg cabin rental was designed by world-renowned architect Hubert Bebb, designer of the famed Clingmans Dome inside the national park.
