Living Room
Featuring rustic décor reminiscent of the area’s history, the quaint living room at Holden On is inviting to say the least. Nap on the cozy couch (which doubles as a sleeper sofa), prop your feet up in the recliner, place Fido’s bed by the window, and settle in for a relaxing vacation. In the evening, switch on the flatscreen TV for a funny show or get a fire going in the stacked-stone gas fireplace, perfect for cool mountain nights. Up for a movie marathon? Pile snacks and drinks on the coffee table and end tables and pop your favorite series in the DVD player. Only good times await in this living space!
Kitchen
Walk a few feet over to the galley kitchen, fully equipped with pots and pans, cutlery, mugs, cookware, and all the appliances you’ll need for homemade meals at the cabin. Brown bagels in the toaster, smother them in cream cheese from the fridge, and fry eggs and bacon on the stove for breakfast. At lunchtime, reheat last night’s restaurant leftovers in the microwave or head to town to try something new. When dinner rolls around, whip up the kids’ all-time favorite and surprise them with a special dessert from the freezer. After everyone’s had their fill, run the dishwasher so you don’t have to clean up the mess. Looking for a midnight snack? "The cabin was well laid out, spacious, clean, and well decorated. The kids played with the foozball table upstairs for hours and the yard was just large enough for them get outside a bit too. We all spent a lot of time on the front porch and though it was too hot outside for me to use the hot tub my two daughters loved it. I really enjoyed hanging out in the rocking chairs and on the swing at the beginning and end of each day and probably spent as much time out there as I did inside. We appreciated the amount of open area for the whole family in the kitchen/dining/living areas, but also the ability to get away at the end of the day. The property is on a very slow and quiet street, but its only a few minute drive from the strip so you can be anywhere quickly and get back away from it all just as fast. In all I'd say this is a great location for anyone traveling with their family or group of people."

- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.

What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
