Family vacations and getaways with friends are made memorable at Gatlinburg Chateau 506 — YOUR cozy and charming 1,100-square-foot, 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom condo rental for up to 10 guests in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. Just 2 blocks from the Parkway, you can play in town or explore the national park whenever you please. Plus, you’ll have plenty of entertainment and relaxation at the condo during your stay.

Sip wine or champagne by the gas fireplace on chilly evenings. Draw a hot bubble bath in the indoor jetted tub to totally unwind with your favorite podcast playing. Change into your PJs and open your favorite book in your king or queen suite. Each bedroom has a TV and an en-suite bathroom for added convenience.

In the mornings, slip away to the balcony to admire the mountain scenery with a cup of joe. Or flip on the TV in the living room to catch up with the news. You can prepare meals, snacks, and cocktails in the fully equipped kitchen and spread out from the small dining table onto the couch and armchair in the living room. 

Additionally, Gatlinburg Chateau Condos provides a community swimming pool and hot tub in summer — so don’t forget to pack your swimsuits! At your condo in Gatlinburg, you’ll also have a washer/dryer to take care of laundry as needed, free high speed Wi-Fi to stay connected, and 2 flat, paved parking spots. There’s even an elevator to take you to your unit on the 5thfloor. 


Living Room
Open the door to find the living room beckoning you to relax. Leave your bags in the hall and plop on the sofa for a rest. You can bust out the next book in your favorite series for a read in the armchair or enjoy a snack before heading out. If it’s chilly outside, start a warm fire in the gas fireplace and pass around mugs of hot cocoa from the kitchen.

After skiing at Ober all day, you’ll appreciate a comfy and cozy space to unwind. Sip wine with your partner by a crackling fire. Pop in a DVD or Blu-ray for movie night on the LED TV. The sofa also doubles as a queen-size sleeper for added guests or the kids. In the mornings, enjoy Smoky Mountain scenery from the windows while lounging in your PJs with coffee in hand.


Kitchen
Reheat leftovers from The Peddler Steakhouse or cook up something tasty in the fully equipped kitchen at your condo rental in Gatlinburg. You’ll have a full-size fridge, stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus, there are pots and pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, and mugs provided. All you need are the ingredients!

Fix hearty breakfasts, serve lavish lunches, grab quick snacks, and whip up cocktails to enjoy on your Smoky Mountain vacation. With a fully equipped kitchen, you’ll save money on food and keep more cash in your pocket for souvenirs and attractions in town. Plus, it’s always nice to have a space where food and drinks are conveniently close at hand. 


Dining Area
Quaint and inviting, the dining area offers a small table for 3 nestled in the living space, where the sofa and armchair offer additional seating for hungry guests. On nice days, you can open the balcony door to spread out into the great outdoors. Back inside, the dining table is also convenient for homeschool, work, crafts, or board and card games. 


Bedrooms
After exploring the national park, walking the SkyTrail at Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, and shopping all day, you’ll be ready to hit the hay at Gatlinburg Chateau 506. There are 3 bedrooms — each with an LED TV and a private en-suite bathroom. 

The main bedroom features a king-size bed and an indoor jetted tub, and a glider with ottoman. You can light a few tea candles and toss in a bath bomb for spa evenings in the bathtub, ideal with peaceful melodies, a book of poetry, or a funny podcast. 

The other 2 bedrooms offer queen-size beds to relax, and there’s a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for other guests. If you need more sleeping arrangements, there are also 2 twin-size rollaway beds, great for kids. 


Outdoor Spaces
Feast your eyes on spectacular mountain views and scenes of the city from the large corner balcony at Gatlinburg Chateau 506. Take a seat and sip morning coffee, afternoon tea, or evening spirits. The fresh mountain air is refreshing to say the least, and the views will help you relax in the Smoky Mountains. When you want to head into town, take the elevator to the ground floor and head to your 2 flat, paved parking spots that make it easier to unpack and load the cars.  


Other Amenities
Along with amenities inside the condo, this Gatlinburg condo features community pool and hot tub access through the Gatlinburg Chateau Condos community. You can splash in the swimming pool in summer and massage tired muscles in the steamy hot tub after walking all day in town. 

At the condo, there’s also a washer and dryer combo that’s perfect for tossing in hiking clothes, towels, or baby cloths as needed during your stay in the Smokies. You’ll also have free access to high speed Wi-Fi at the condo, so you can check out what’s happening in town on our blog, video chat with loved ones, check emails, and post trip videos to social media. 

What’s more, the owner of Gatlinburg Chateau 506 provides starter supplies — including soaps, coffee items, paper towels, bath tissue, and trash bags — so you can head straight to your vacation rental and relax. If you’re staying 3+ nights, you can even request replenishments of these supplies during your stay.

Crockett’s Breakfast Camp
Appeal to your appetite with homemade breakfast items at Crockett’s Breakfast Camp, a staple restaurant in Gatlinburg. Here you’ll find old-timey Appalachian favs, like Cherokee sweet corn pone, grits, cathead biscuits, corned beef hash, and griddle cakes.
