Located in beautiful Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Falcon’s View is a lovely 3-bedroom, 3 1/2-bathroom cabin with 2,950 square feet of space for up to 8 guests in the Smoky Mountains. The semi-private cabin boasts breathtaking mountain views from two decks and from every room in the cabin. And with a bedroom on each floor, guests will enjoy some extra privacy at Falcon’s View.
At this new build, enjoy 1 king-size bed, 2 queen-size beds, and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa, along with a cozy wood-burning fireplace for those cool mountain evenings. Start mornings with a cup of coffee on the deck, fire up the charcoal grill for a cookout on nice days, and end evenings with soaks in the outdoor hot tub. After a hot shower or bath, slip away to your spacious bedroom to read, watch TV, or curl up for the night.
The cabin also features high speed Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer for your convenience, along with a fully equipped kitchen to make snacks and meals easy at the cabin. Plus, you can have movie night with the big screen TVs and DVD players in the cabin and play ping pong, chess, or pool anytime! Slip away to the Smokies with family or a few friends at Falcon’s View!
Living Room
WOW is what you’ll be thinking...and why your jaw will drop when you see the stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the Great Smoky Mountains in the spacious and inviting living room at Falcon’s View. Follow the gorgeous hardwood floors to reach the multi-story windows and take in the full mountain view up close. After feasting your eyes for as long as you like, take a load off on the plump sofas or rest at the tables with a cold beer or a glass of wine.
For more entertainment, you can flip on the big screen TV mounted above the decorative mantelpiece. Grab bowls of theater-butter popcorn and soda pop from the full kitchen nearby, curl up with a cozy blanket in your PJs, and settle in for movie night! Play romantic comedies, action flicks, horror films, or what have you with the DVD player. And cool weather in the mountains means you get to toss a few logs into the wood-burning fireplace, perfectly paired with hot cocoa or a round of chess at the table.
Kitchen
Hangry guests don’t exist at Falcon’s View. This Gatlinburg cabin rental features a fully equipped kitchen with space and tools to cook meals and keep snacks and drinks on hand. Open to the living and dining areas, chefs in your group can enjoy views of the Smokies through the towering windows beyond while prepping and cooking tasty dishes in the kitchen.
Stainless steel appliances include a fridge, range with microwave overhead, and a dishwasher. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishware, glasses, mugs, and more are provided. Of course, no Smoky Mountain kitchen is complete without a coffeemaker! Store restaurant leftovers, whip up snacks in a flash, mix drinks, and cook meals while away to save on dining costs.
Dining Area
When you’re ready to sit down for a meal together, set the dining table near the kitchen. Within view of the large windows showcasing the Smoky Mountains, guests can enjoy gorgeous scenery with snacks and meals at this cabin rental in Gatlinburg. Step out under the Smoky Mountain sun to catch some rays on vacation or keep under the awning to stay cool in the shade or enjoy watching the rain or snow fall.
Bonus: Falcon’s View has its own hot tub! Slip into your swimsuit and hop in to unwind for a little while and check out the mountain views while you’re at it. Out front, there’s a charcoal, picnic-style grill for cookouts with friends and family. Parking for 2 is paved; there are only 6 steps up to reach the front porch; roads to the cabin are flat and paved; and the stellar mountain views make the steep driveway worth it.

Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!

We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.

Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.
Average quality accommodations. Will have some good quality and some low quality elements. Things such as a mixture of flatscreen and tube tvs, good quality furniture but worn out and not consistent, particle board cabinets and laminate countertops with updated appliances, or updated appliances but not consistent. These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
