Dancing Bear Hideaway guests enjoy full access to White Oak Lodge & Resort amenities. The seasonal community pool is open daily from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

There are 2 paved parking spots and 4 steps up to reach the covered front porch.
Community pool access is provided and managed through a third-party company. Cabins for YOU is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Please note the following community guideline: do not hang towels on or over the railings.
Trailers and RVs are not permitted in the community.

Overall was a nice cabin. Definitely needed some attention to detail. Living room rug was a tripping hazard as one of the edges was permanently rolled up and wouldn’t stay flat to the floor. Mattresses I think are original to the settlement of the town. They were bad bad and need replacement desperately.
Cabin was clean and minimal. Had the basics but kinda empty and not homey. The surrounding cabins in the resort definitely have a little more love and thought put into them. Hot tub was lovely as well as the available resort amenities on the property.

The original cabin we booked was 78° upon arrival and we turned the AC down two notches as recommended and we came back after dinner and some drinks six hours later to the home then even 1° hotter than it was when we first arrived because the AC was not functioning properly and I reached out to the booking company on Airbnb in the middle of the night and they were great to accommodate us and switch us to another home since the AC was not working properly. They also understood that it was a super big inconvenience, and even though we both had no control over the situation, they did everything they could to help us resolve the issue and even gave us an extra hour for checkout this morning so that we could try to enjoy the amenities that we’re at the new home. Overall I feel like they did their best to reconcile the situation and do what they could to help us in this situation and we will definitely use them again for another stay as both of the homes were gorgeous and well kept.

This cabin was perfect for our weekend trip to the Great Smoky Mountains! The hot tub was super relaxing after a day of hiking and the bedrooms were perfect for the group of people we had. Not a negative but keep in mind that they don’t provide much in terms of amenities. We were informed about bringing our own shampoo/body wash, laundry detergent for the provided machines, and that they only provide one towel per guest. We made it work just fine and they gave plenty of advance warning for us to be able to pack those items! We would definitely stay again if back in the Gatlinburg area!

What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
1 trash bag per container
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
