Lovely mountain and tree-studded views await at Chubby and Cubby’s Den, a charming cabin in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. The 3-bedroom cabin has 3 bathrooms and space to sleep up to 6 guests, making it great for fun family vacations or a getaway with a few couples or friends. From laid-back afternoons sipping cocoa on the very private covered deck and soaking in the outdoor hot tub to shooting pool in the rec room and playing foosball – with mood lighting – on the screened-in deck, you’ll find yourself relaxing, playing, and enjoying some time away from it all at Chubby and Cubby’s Den.
In the living room, rustic wood walls pair perfectly with the stone (gas) fireplace and exposed wood beams. Relax on the leather sofas, flip on the flatscreen TV, check out the board games stored in the coffee table, and just enjoy some quiet time in this inviting space. Bring movies to pop in the DVD player and watch some shows with popcorn made in the kitchen nearby. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, leathered granite countertops, and the dishes and utensils you need for in-cabin meals, and a dining table centered around a tree trunk. It has chair and bench seating for about 8, along with views just out the deck windows.
All throughout the cabin, find amenities to make your stay in the Smokies special. Soak in the jetted tub inside, watch TV in bed, unwind on the deck, play pool and foosball, and take advantage of conveniences like the washer/dryer, flat and paved parking with circular drive, and high-speed internet. Each bedroom has its own smart flatscreen TV with DVD or Blu-ray player, the primary suite has its own sitting room, and the loft features a deck with seating for 2 and a view. Around 5 p.m. each night, listen and watch for the black bears to come visit…which they often do…near the front and side decks.

Just stop by the store for your ingredients and you’ll find dishes, glasses, utensils, and tools in the cabin.
Dining Table
Situated between the kitchen and living room, the dining table at Chubby and Cubby’s Den features log benches and chairs and a sweet tree popping up through the middle! This whimsical table is the perfect place for a nice meal, decorating holiday cookies, or playing card games late into the night.
Rec Loft
Game time is fun at the cabin, with a rec loft dedicated to playing and hanging out. Showcasing mountain views through the windows here, it’s an open and airy space that still lets you enjoy the Smokies. Here you can shoot some pool or sit down at the cocktail table arcade console for some classic gaming. An upholstered chair is a cozy spot to curl up with a book, and there are more chairs in the corner for spectators.
Bedrooms
