Living Room With floor-to-ceiling windows, a huge showpiece stone fireplace, and 2 areas to relax, the living room of Chalet Luzerne is perfectly designed for spending days around the cabin. Chat with a friend in the chairs flanking the if pigs could fly lamp by the fireplace, flip on the 50-inch smart TV mounted in the corner, and kick back on the leather sofas and chair around the coffee table large enough for board games.
This beautiful space is complete with exposed wood beams, upscale mountain décor, a lodge-like feel, and cozy touches like throw pillows, blankets, and reading lamps. You can easily step out onto the deck for some fresh air here, get toasty by the fire on the fireplace cushion, or chat with other guests who are dining or whipping up some snacks in the nearby open kitchen.
Kitchen You will find yourself wanting to cook while away in this amazing kitchen! It’s decked out with all the appliances, tools, dishes, and glassware you’ll need, along with ample counter space for prepping meals and all high-end finishes. The stone backsplash pairs perfectly with the wood ceiling, pendant lighting, painted cabinets, open shelving, and light stone countertops. When you’re ready to cook, enjoy a large stainless sink, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker, double oven, glass stovetop, dishwasher, knife set, and dishes to beautifully plate your meals.

The second bedroom here also has its own 50-inch smart TV, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin beds. Downstairs, find 1 queen bed, a 50-inch smart TV, and a shared bathroom with a custom walk-in shower. In all, find space to sleep up to 12 guests (1 king, 4 queens, 2 twins) across the cabin.
Outdoor Spaces The outdoor spaces at Chalet Luzerne offer plenty of options, from a screened-in deck with seating and a glass ceiling for lots of sunlight to a private 4-person hot tub on the main deck, to patio furniture and a gas grill for cookouts at the cabin. It also features 2 driveways, giving you plenty of space to park during your stay.
Other Amenities Designed with your comfort in mind, Chalet Luzerne features a total of 6 50-inch smart TVs throughout the cabin, cable TV, Wi-Fi, 2 fireplaces, and a washer/dryer. The cabin is also decked out for Christmas, so the holidays will be especially merry and bright in your own cozy cabin!
Community Amenities Conveniently located in the Chalet Village community of Gatlinburg, Tennessee, Chalet Luzerne gives guests access to an impressive lineup of amenities. Chalet Village has 3 clubhouses, with outdoor pools, horseshoes and shuffleboard, ping pong and foosball, walking trails, lighted tennis courts, workout equipment, kids’ play areas, and more! When you want to get out but want to stick close to the cabin, the amenities at Chalet Village will be very convenient.
Local Fun Not far from downtown Gatlinburg, Chalet Luverne is a short drive from the dozens of attractions, restaurants, and shops in the area. Within a short drive, find mini-golf and laser tag, go karts and arcades, moonshine and local wine, live music, local art, old-fashioned candies, haunted houses, unique attractions, and fun for all ages. The most-visited national park in the U.S. – the Great Smoky Mountains National Park – is also not far, offering opportunities to hike, bike, horseback ride, picnic, spot black bears, and play.

What is Enhanced Property Protection?
Our basic Property Protection Plan covers unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and provides $1,500 in protection. Enhanced Property Protection (EPP) increases your limits and may offer an extension to your cancellation policy.

What do additional fees cover?

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 5 months of stay
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 2 months of stay
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
Put trash in proper containers
Clean used dishes
Clean any large messes made during stay
Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
During an independent*, mostly accurate poll, it was found that black bears believe the purchase of property protection is necessary to ensure a stress-free vacation!
