We understand that with high competition our customers want a quick and convenient way to find the perfect rental cabin. We are constantly expanding our marketing operations to reach new avenues of guests.
We work tirelessly to compete in all major search engines. We are members of the Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce to help assist in many other ways. Some other organizations that we are involved in include: BBB, Vacation Rental Managers Association (VRMA), Certified Yellowbook Travel Company. We also advertise on several other banner sites relating to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge TN.
Furthermore, we are highly competitive in the social media arena. Our Twitter account is constantly growing. We spend time daily reaching out to guests using this avenue. We, because of much hard work, have one of the largest (if not the largest) management company fan base in the Smoky Mountain area on Facebook--our total fan count is nearly 500,000 and is growing daily.

Our one on one experience with our homeowners greatly exceeds expectations of the overnight lodging business. Our customer service and reservation staff try to always be professional and responsible. At Cabins For You we have a full-time maintenance crew, professional housekeeping, and inspection services. Our maintenance crew participates in regular customer service needs and they deal with many different types of maintenance issues in regards to the cabin management business. If there is a major maintenance issue with your cabin that we cannot fulfill, we will help aid the owner in finding the necessary crews to complete the task. We care about your investment and we will give your property the care it needs to make your guests, and ours, continuously satisfied.
We strive to be receptive to every need and promote your cabin fairly. Every guest is treated respectfully and given the needed attention because we believe that when this happens, there is a better chance the customer will return to your cabin.
