Gorgeous wood and log details, recessed lighting, unique fans, stone and steel features, chic décor, high-end amenities…you’ll have it all at the sprawling 5-bedroom, 7-bathroom cabin for 20. You’ll be welcomed by a flat driveway with a covered portico – and the gorgeous details just continue from there.
This spacious cabin offers a mountain lodge experience, with an amazing outdoor firepit area, Wi-Fi, a soothing hot tub, a private indoor pool with lazy river and grotto, gorgeous kitchen with double appliances, theater room with sleeper sofa for sleepovers, and beautifully manicured exteriors. The cabin has another special feature – a separate treehouse enclosed by a walkway that leads to the main lodge. It features its own living room and fireplace, kitchenette with dining table, bathroom, spiral staircase leading to the loft, and wraparound deck. It is truly unbelievable! When you pull up, you’ll be surprised you have this cabin all to yourself!
Step into your private mountain lodge and be blown away from first look. The entrance features rustic wood, branch, and stone details; a wood bench where you can sit to take off shoes; a lovely wood buffet for tossing keys and bags as you step inside; and a black bear statue and rug to welcome you in! As you pass through, you’ll find the living room, with ceilings stretching high. A mix of patterned and leather sofas and chairs provides plenty of seating for guests to gather and relax in front of the flatscreen TV on the massive stone fireplace with wood mantel.
Unwind here after long days to watch TV, chat about the day’s adventure’s, and plan for the next day’s fun. Kids can play games on the coffee table, adults can sip wine and read, and friends can catch up after too much time apart. And with an open layout – guests upstairs can chat from the open walkway above. Just sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful wooded views through the floor-to-ceiling windows in this luxurious living room.
When you travel with a group, you need an easy way to feed your group – and the gorgeous kitchen of Treehouse River Lodge has you covered. It features double the appliances, which means 2 microwaves, dishwashers, and ovens with stovetops – along with an extra-large refrigerator/freezer. You’ll have plenty of room to store leftovers, ingredients for meals, drinks, and snacks. Find enough counter space to prep meals, dishes and glassware, utensils and cooking tools, 2 coffeemakers, a toaster, and a breakfast bar for 4 as well! You can make big holiday spreads, whip up snacks for days spent around the cabin, mix drinks for movie night, or pack picnic lunches to enjoy in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Just off the kitchen is the dining area of Treehouse River Lodge, complete with plenty of natural wood seating that perfectly blends into the space. You’ll find 2 wood tables with chairs and benches – each with seating for 6. Between the tables, the breakfast seating, and the living room, the whole group can hang out and eat together.
When it’s not time to eat, use these large tables – with a view of the flatscreen TV – to play board games and cards, do crafts with the kids, decorate holiday treats, get some work done, or just plan out more adventures!
Rustic yet modern, the theater room in Treehouse River Lodge features barn-style doors, rustic lighting, a ceiling fan, plump sofas for comfy movie nights, and a big screen TV with DVD player. Just pop some popcorn in the kitchen, grab a drink, and settle in for a great movie night in your cabin! There is even a sleeper sofa here, which the kids will absolutely love. They can have movie night and sleepovers in the same space. What a treat!
It’s playtime at Treehouse River Lodge! Get ready to have some fun in the rec loft here, outfitted with a pool table, industrial-style details, a big screen TV, a high-top barrel table, a bar-style table with seating for 4 along the wall, and a comfy sofa where you can unwind. The loft overlooks the living room so guests can keep in touch, and large windows showcase gorgeous wooded views. It’s a light, airy space to play and enjoy time together in the mountains.

The private indoor pool stretches across an impressive room featuring a wall of windows, beautiful wood trim and ceiling, recessed lighting, gorgeous stone details, bridges, an island, a waterfall with grotto, a big screen TV and table with seating, and more!
Year-round, sit back with drinks and snack as the kids play in the pool, lounge in the spa area, float around to unwind, or flip on a movie for the kids as they splash! No matter the weather, enjoy pool days in your private mountain lodge! The pool also has easy access to the deck, so you can step out for fresh air and peaceful views.
Treehouse River Lodge features 5 spacious bedrooms, 7 convenient bathrooms, and space for up to 20 guests total. Across the cabin and the treehouse addition, you’ll find 4 king size beds, 1 queen size bed, 4 twin-over-twin bunk beds, and 2 twin sleeper sofas. Bedrooms feature stylish mountain décor, flatscreen TVs, dressers, bedside lamps, and bathrooms next to each. These cozy bedrooms will be just the retreat you’re seeking after a long day hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains, playing at Dollywood, and checking out the many attractions along the Parkway in Pigeon Forge!
Connected to the main lodge by a covered walkway, the treehouse is a whimsical addition. It features a plump sofa and big screen TV mounted above the fireplace, a dining table for 4, bathroom, a kitchenette (microwave, coffeemaker, sink, and mini fridge), and a spiral staircase leading to the loft. There you’ll have flatscreen TV, table for 4, and a sleeper sofa. It’s the perfect place for a couple to have some privacy or for older kids to have their own sleepover space!
The exteriors of Treehouse River Lodge are a treat. From the meticulous landscaping and lush forestry around to the hanging lights and the steel and log details, it’s an outdoor experience you won’t soon forget. Enjoy outdoor dining at the table, have coffee overlooking the trees, take advantage of easy and ample flat parking, have a nice picnic beneath the stars, and gather around the beautiful firepit with seating each night.

Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!

We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.

Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.
Average quality accommodations. Will have some good quality and some low quality elements. Things such as a mixture of flatscreen and tube tvs, good quality furniture but worn out and not consistent, particle board cabinets and laminate countertops with updated appliances, or updated appliances but not consistent. These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
