When you’ve worked up an appetite, sit down at the charming dining table for meals made fresh in your cabin’s fully equipped kitchen! Then head outside with a book to relax on the porch swing or sit back in the rocking chairs with a cup of coffee. There is even a charcoal grill and a great wood table for outdoor meals on those beautiful Smoky Mountain days. And Serendipity is only 5 miles from downtown, so it’s easy to shop, eat, and play before heading back for tranquil nights!

Living Room
Cozy up in the living room of Serendipity to relax and unwind with friends and family on the plush sofa. On warm summer days, flip on the ceiling fan and enjoy kicking up your feet and watching some shows on the new big screen HD smart TV with DVD player. You’ll even have premium cable channels, so movie nights are a must! On cold winter nights, get the wood-burning fireplace going for a truly cozy night. Set out a provided board game on the coffee table, or just sit back and relax while the kids play and crawl around on the area rug. In the afternoons, grab a book, flip on the table lamp, and enjoy some quiet time in the leather recliners by the windows.

Kitchen
While there are plenty of great options for dining downtown, sometimes you just want to stay in, have that favorite family meal, or just save some money while on vacation! The fully equipped kitchen at Serendipity makes that easy, with plenty of appliances, cooking tools, pots and pans, utensils, and dishes for in-cabin meals. The farmhouse-style cabinets pair with the black appliances for a rustic-yet-modern-cabin look. Bake some cookies for the holidays, set out a spread of game-day snacks on the countertops, or keep it simple and order a picnic basket, waiting in your cabin and ready for an adventure in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park!

Dining Area
The dining table at Serendipity is just off the kitchen, making setting up for mealtimes easy. The round wood table features 4 chairs, perfect for breakfast before a big day in town or a romantic couples’ meal at night. There’s also a nearby bench for extra seating. Stock the fridge with groceries (or just bring back restaurant leftovers) and enjoy some quality time chatting and eating. Or you can turn this into your game-night hub with the provided board games and your favorite card games brought from home.

Rec Area
It’s playtime! When you’re ready to have some fun and don’t want to get out of the cabin, spend some time playing around in the rec area! Right next to the living room, it’s easy to hang out, chat, and spend time as a group — whether you’re watching TV, relaxing on the couch, or frolicking about!

Spend afternoons shooting some pool, taking breaks at the high-top table for a drink or snack. And both kids and adults will love trying out the 72-game free-play arcade, with classics like Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Frogger, and more! Plus, a PlayStation 2 in the loft means even more hours of fun. Add board games to the mix, and you’ll have more than enough extras to keep you entertained for days!

And when you’re ready to get out, downtown Pigeon Forge is just 5 miles away. There’ll you’ll find even more fun, from family-friendly attractions, outdoor activities, and indoor skydiving to arcades, go-kart tracks, and laser tag! Hands-on exhibits keep the kids entertained, and grown-up fun comes in the form of wineries, moonshine distilleries, outlet shops, and more!

Bedroom | Loft
Serendipity can easily sleep 6, with a king-size bed in the entry-level bedroom, a queen-size bed in the upstairs loft, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Spread across the cabin, guests will have privacy when they’re ready to call it a night. The primary suite features the conveniences of home — reading lamps, a dresser for unpacking, mirrored closet doors, and its own flatscreen TV with DVD player. In the loft, end your evenings with a soak in the jetted tub — the perfect way to soothe tired muscles after you’ve spent the day fishing, hiking, or exploring downtown. What’s more, you’ll also find a private en-suite bathroom, flatscreen TV, classic PlayStation 2, stereo system, and plump arm chair, making the loft space extra fun and cozy.

Outdoor Spaces
What would a vacation in the Great Smoky Mountains be without some quality time spent in the great outdoors?! The secluded Serendipity makes outdoor time truly magical, with great spaces on the deck and by the yard. On beautiful mountain days, grab some food, grill out back picnic-style, and then sit down at the log dining table for a great meal outside. With the trees all around, you’ll feel swept away by nature!

Want to crack open that book you’ve been aching to read? Head to the covered deck to relax on the cushioned porch swing! Or start your mornings with a cup of coffee in the rocking chairs while you look out at the peaceful tree-studded and mountain views. And don’t forget the hot tub! After a long day (or a long drive) you’ll be happy to climb in and give yourself a break!

When you arrive at Serendipity, pull up the steep, paved driveway to the paved parking area for 2 vehicles, providing room to park a trailer. Then head up 8 steps to the front porch, enter your Smoky Mountain home, check out the cabin amenities, and let your unforgettable Pigeon Forge vacation begin!

At Serendipity, you’ll feel at home. Pack light and take advantage of the washer and dryer, get clothes fresh and ready for a night on the town with the ironing board, and enjoy unlimited local and long-distance phone calls from the cabin! And don’t forget the high-speed wireless internet that makes it super easy to plan out your days in downtown Pigeon Forge or catch up on some emails!

Local Fun

Just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, Serendipity is convenient to the dozens of restaurants, attractions, and shops of the area. You can spend a whole day at The Island, where you can watch the show fountain, break out at The Escape Game, try The Island ropes course, let the littles ride the train, sample moonshine and listen to live music, grab a bite to eat at a celebrity-owned restaurant, have a drink at Margaritaville, do some boutique shopping, or play arcade games!

Of course, the Great Smoky Mountains National Park is a must-visit, with 800+ miles of trails to explore. You can hike, bike, go horseback riding, picnic, fish, swim, and so much more. The history and wildlife in the area is incredible, so lace up your hiking boots and get outside! Then you’ll have this cozy cabin to call home at the end of the day!
