Perfect for couples, a small family, or a few friends, this home away from home provides a spacious, open floorplan with a fully equipped kitchen for meal prep and snack time, a welcoming living room with a big screen TV for movie nights, a large deck with a hot tub for evening soaks, and a serene loft with elevated views and a pool table for friendly competitions. There is even a new "coffee bar" on the deck, complete with barstools and beautiful views to start your day the right way.
When everyone’s tuckered out, enjoy a soothing hot shower in the loft’s en-suite bath before slipping into the soft sheets of the king-size bed. Whether you’re looking for a romantic retreat, fun family vacay, or a getaway with friends, Peak a View is a great choice for YOU!

Living Room
As you enter the inviting living space just off the front door, you’ll first be greeted by gorgeous mountain views streaming through the large windows into the open space. Feel free to leave your luggage on the hardwood floors while you step onto the back deck to soak in the relaxing vibe of the Smokies — steering your leisurely vacation in the right direction! After breathing in the fresh mountain air, head inside for a well-deserved rest after your travels on the sofa with plump throw pillows to keep you in comfort. Better yet, unwind in the cushioned glider or rocking chair with your favorite show on the big screen TV. When evening sets, get a fire going in the wood-burning fireplace bordered by stone and play a hand of cards on the central coffee table or pile on movie-night snacks and soda for the feature film via the provided DVD player. In the morning, the large area rug will keep your toes warm while you enjoy sunrise hues over the mountaintops with a steaming cup of joe.
Kitchen
Speaking of coffee, what goes better with a morning blend than a hot breakfast? Prepare buttered toast with locally made jams and jellies from The Old Mill, eggs over easy and crispy bacon on the stove, and grandma’s homemade biscuits in the oven. For lunch, grab fresh ingredients from the fridge to whip up pasta salad with steamed veggies or heat up restaurant leftovers in the microwave.
Before dinnertime arrives, work with the kids to create a special evening meal. Happily seated at the bar area for 3, they’ll enjoy mixing, stirring, kneading, and more as they learn how to cook at the cabin. For a tasty dessert, rinse berries in the double sink as an ice cream, sorbet, or cake topping. Lined with elegant, white cabinetry, the fully equipped kitchen features sleek black and stainless-steel appliances great for preparing meals any time of day — including midnight snacks. Dining Area
Spend quality time with family and friends — and stunning mountain views — at the wooden table for 4 in the dining area. With a chandelier overhead and natural light from large windows all around, this space is not only great for mealtimes but also splendid for arts and crafts, board games, or journal entries. Whether you’re looking for a quiet space to sip an herbal tea in the early morning or a place to check emails and browse for local deals online, this dining area is certainly a nice amenity to have on vacation.
Rec Room | Loft
Head upstairs for a friendly (or competitive) pool tournament in the loft! While awaiting your turn, relax in the arm chair and feast your eyes on epic views of the Smokies. Watch as shadows dance along the mountaintops and vivid sunset tones collide across the rolling hills. Who knows? You may even see a passing eagle or two, so keep your eyes peeled!
Bedrooms
Also in the loft is a king-size bed with an en-suite bathroom. Settle in for a restful snooze every night and wake up to sunrise views across the Great Smoky Mountains every morning. For a touch more privacy, choose the bedroom — complete with a queen-size bed, mounted flatscreen TV, comfy glider, private vanity, and a full bathroom nearby — on the entry level. Watch a hilarious comedy before drifting to dreamland, sleep until noon without any disturbance, and get ready to hit downtown with ease. There’s also a ceiling fan in each space to keep cool on warm summer nights.
Outdoor Spaces
Ah, the great outdoors — the reason you’re here! Aside from bringing you closer to fantastic mountain views, the spacious deck boasts 4 rocking chairs with matching end tables, a charming porch swing, a dining set for 3, a wooden bench, and a relaxing outdoor hot tub. Fire up the charcoal, picnic-style grill out front for a barbecue feast on deck with peaceful views of nature. Start each day with a hot cup of coffee in a rocking chair and end each evening with a sway in the porch swing. And soothe tired muscles from exploring the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in the hot tub! To make your travels to and from town a bit easier, there is parking for 2 on a flat, paved driveway. However, it is steep, so be sure to use your parking brake. Additionally, there are only 4 steps into the cabin, so unpacking the cars will be a breeze!

"This cabin looks very average on the webpage BUT in person is AMAZING. Initially, we only got this cabin because it suited our availability with a Mountain View and a Hot tub. I am so so happy we “settled” for this cabin because it ended up being the best weekend! We had an amazing view waking up in the loft, and drinking coffee on the porch watching the sun come up over the mountains was a dream. We also got to meet 2 raccoons on the porch who was peeking in the porch door window! So cute. I will FOR SURE come back to this cabin, it’s in a perfect location and the privacy is great!"

"It was a nice cabin. The roads are somewhat sketchy getting to the cabin but not too bad. The size of the rooms was a little smaller than I thought it would be by looking at the pics on this website but it was ok. We still had plenty of room with three people in the cabin including me. There was a stubborn raccoon trying to get into the trash can outside the whole time but that is what I expect anywhere in the mountains. The Mountain View was excellent from the porch. And I like the swing on the porch. It was very clean inside and out. Overall I would recommend this cabin to anyone."

"This cabin was everything that was in the description and more: the view was perfect, quiet and peaceful, rooms were spacious & clean, and furnished beautifully. The only thing holding back from giving 5 stars I would have loved to had a washer and dryer and road was a bit scary at times. Staff at CABINS for YOU are very thoughtful and helpful. Overall its still a beautiful place and really enjoyed our stay."

"The view from the covered porch was amazing! First trip up the mountain was a little scary but worth it. It was not so bad the rest of the time. Nicely decorated and comfortable furniture. Four rockers and a porch swing made relaxing on the porch wonderful. My husband loved sitting in the hot tub and enjoying the view also. I only have two negative things to say about the cabin. First, the picture of the cabin is misleading. It looks like it sits right on the road, but you have to go down a drive to get to it. We missed the house number on the road and had to turn around on a one lane road to go back.. The second thing was the bed. I needed steps to get into it because it was so high. I'm 72 and not as agile as I used to be! I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone!!!"

"We had a very relaxing weekend! The views from the cabin are amazing and the bed was very comfortable. The cabin was easy to find but the drive leading up to it was a bit scary. Not easy if you are an inexperienced driver. Since we had 4WD it wasn't a problem. The living room was cozy and everything we needed in the kitchen was provided. Easy check in as well. I find having to sign an agreement before you can finish the booking with them a little bit much, since we are under Airbnb policies anyways, but maybe that's just the way cabin rentals in the area do business. Overall a great and relaxing stay at Peak a View for our first trip to Gatlinburg / Sevierville area. Private note: Thanks for a very relaxing trip!"

"This trip was much needed! We got away for a couple of days to isolate in the mountains and this place was perfect. We had a bad experience the last time we did an Airbnb through a company so I was a little nervous to book at first..but Cabins for YOU is amazing! I was so impressed that they called us to make sure we were ready for our trip, sent us an email with a video of the drive up the mountain in case we lost cell service, got back to us quickly with questions, and made our travel super easy. The cabin was amazing..cute little place with everything you would need. AMAZING views. We loved everything about it so much and will definitely be back."

In addition to sending detailed emails regarding what to expect after booking and upon arrival, they called a handful of times to check-in and see if we had any questions. I felt really informed throughout the whole process. Upon arriving at our cabin everything was exactly as depicted. The cabin was clean, everything was in working order, and the view did not disappoint! The check-in and check-out process was painless. How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

Our Property Protection Plans cover unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and different levels of protection.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
What’s provided in the kitchen?

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Silver

These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
