Living Room
Step into the spacious and comfy living area — featuring high ceilings, a stunning stacked-stone (gas) fireplace, a plush sofa set, and a flatscreen TV. Hang your coat by the door and leave your bags on the floor as you enter your home suite home! Plop on the love seat for a rest after your travels while the little ones explore the mountain home. When evening sets, flip on the TV, pile snacks high on the coffee table, and hang out with the whole family. The couch doubles as a sleeper, so the kiddos can get cozy before the film begins and drift to dreamland right when it ends. This space is also perfect for a nightly read or wine sip by the fire and morning gatherings before heading into town.
Kitchen
Mere steps from the living room, popcorn and soda refills are never far away in the fully equipped kitchen, boasting hardwood floors, a sleek mix of black and stainless-steel appliances, pots and pans, cutlery and mugs, plus an island with stone design and bar seating for 2. Whip up fancy feasts in a flash, prepare lunch spreads daily, and begin every day with a healthy, hearty meal. Store restaurant leftovers in the refrigerator, bake sweets in the oven, brew pots of joe or single-cup servings (Keurig), and brown bagels in the toaster. Mealtimes are super important when on vacation, and Owlpine Lodge understands completely!
Dining Area
Just off the kitchen awaits the dining area, which has a wooden table for 6 on a decorative rug. With 2 additional seats at the kitchen breakfast bar plus the living room seating nearby, everyone will have a comfortable place to dine. Play board or card games after meals, check emails and social media, and plan the day’s activities in this versatile space.
Rec Room | Loft
Ready to play in the rec loft? Beat the highest arcade scores of 60 classic games on the Multicade unit and shoot pool with your best pals! There’s also a mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment, a CD player for fun music, and side seating for the cheerleaders in the family. Not to mention, you’ll have tree-studded views throughout the day.
Media Space + Kitchenette
It’s movie night at Owlpine Lodge! Gather in the media space downstairs, where a kitchenette is ready to serve endless bowls of popcorn and bottles of beer. Here you’ll find a big screen projector, perfect for watching your favorite DVDs! Unwind in the recliner, get cuddly on the plump couch, and lay out pillow pallets for the little ones. There’s also a full bathroom so you won’t have to pause for too long! And when you’re ready to hit the hay, simply slip into the king-size bed or unfold the sleeper sofa for a snooze.
Bedrooms
End each night with your head on a soft pillow in one of 3 comfy bedrooms, 2 with a king-size bed and 1 with a queen-size bed. All bedrooms have their own flatscreen TV plus access to a full bathroom for convenience. Our recommendation: the primary suite on the entry level! Light scented candles and play tranquil tunes as you slip into the massaging bubbles of the indoor jetted tub. After a soul-soothing bath, flip on the electric (heated) fireplace to set the mountain mood and enjoy a good read or TV entertainment in bed. Combined with the 2 sleeper sofas in the home plus the king-size bed in the media space, 12 guests can sleep comfortably at Owlpine Lodge.
Outdoor Spaces
Just as gorgeous and entertaining on the outside as the inside, Owlpine Lodge features a screened-in, wraparound deck with a steamy hot tub, gas grill, outdoor seating and dining areas, and rocking chairs! Enjoy muscle-soothing soaks, barbecue shindigs, mealtimes with songbird tunes, and ice-cold lemonade on summer days (flip on the ceiling fans to keep cool). There’s also a downstairs outdoor area, where you can stretch your legs in the grass and chill at the breakfast table for 4. The best part? You’ll be surrounded by lovely wooded and partial mountain views! And when you’re ready to paint the town red, walk down 3 steps to the flat, paved driveway with parking for 6 and hit the road! As a handicap feature, the deck is wheelchair accessible.

"We booked this cabin only because of the name--OWLPINE Lodge. We have a running joke in family about OWLS. When we got there, the cabin was more than we could have asked for!!! The name did not let us down either, as my daughters counted more than 50 some owls, both inside and outside! Pool Table, Pac-Man, Owl Hole(HEHE), Hot Tub and very comfortable beds and lots of HOT water for 9 people taking showers. We will keep OWLPINE Lodge in our memories for a longtime. We even added to the # of OWLS by 5!!! If all the Cabins for You rentals are like OWLPINE Lodge, you will not be disappointing. Great price for a great cabin!!!! Thanks for a great weekend!!!!"

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
What’s provided in the kitchen?

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Silver

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
