"The cabin was wonderful. Spacious, and clean. Loved the deck outside, with the hot tub. Location was good, but this isn't the place for you if you are looking for a mountain view, which we knew headed into the reservation. The bottom floor has a movie room, which my son loved, but the connectivity to the internet made it difficult for viewing at times. Spotty internet connectivity. Also on the bottom floor was an arcade game with multiple games within, as well as a pool table. The private pool area was nice, however the pool temperature was cold. The pool cleaner came during our stay, and he said the heater to the pool was on, but it just didn't warm the water. The pool room itself was warm, as it has a nice heater, but the water temperature just wasn't. My kids played in the pool daily, but they were very cold when they got out. Overall our stay was nice, just wish the movie area actually worked correctly, and sure wish the pool was warmer, as I may have been more eager to join my kids."

"We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this beautiful cabin. The cabin was located only 10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and was easy to access from the main parkway. Everything was closed while we were there due to the Coronavirus but the cabin provided enough entertainment for us to not have to venture out. Our boys loved the indoor pool located in the basement. It was no deeper than 4 feet which was great for our kids. We loved the hot tub and the outdoor porch view of the woods. There are a few cabins nearby but we didn’t have any issues with noise level from other surrounding cabins while we were there. There wasn’t any WiFi but we were able to use our phones as hotspots for when we needed it. The master bedroom is on the main floor and the other two bedrooms are upstairs which worked great for our sleeping arrangements. The kitchen had most amenities we needed and we were able to cook a couple meals while we were there. The cabins for you staff was very responsive and helpful with our questions throughout our stay. We would love to stay at this cabin again in the future."
