Spend relaxing evenings at your Moonlit Hideaway, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin tucked in the Laughing Pines cabin community in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. With amazing mountain views showcased through the large windows in the living room and plenty of amenities, comfortable spaces, and great extras, it’ll be hard to pull yourself away from this gem. There is room for up to 8 guests, so it’s just the right size for a family, some couples, or a few friends.
In the lovely living room, enjoy stunning views of the Smokies, laid-back days watching TV on the big screen, and cool mountain evenings curled up on the sofa in front of the stacked stone fireplace. Matching leather chairs are perfect reading spots, and the log coffee table has space for drinks and snacks. You can also play in the rec room, where you’ll find a pool table, arcade games, and plenty of seating for the big screen TV. And at night, climb into the hot tub on the deck and soothe those tired muscles.
Moonlit Hideaway offers lots of conveniences, too, including a fully equipped kitchen to make mealtime easy, seating and dining on the deck (with views, of course), wireless internet, a charcoal grill, DVD and Blu-ray players, an indoor jetted tub, and a washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, and extra space comes from the 2 queen sleeper sofas. From the screened-in deck to the open deck to the cozy interiors, Moonlit Hideaway will satisfy your mountain cravings!
Living Room
Mountain charm abounds in the living room of Moonlit Hideaway, with windows stretching to the ceiling – showcasing incredible mountain views – a beautiful stacked-stone fireplace for those cool mountain nights, a flatscreen TV, and comfy seating where you can just unwind. Chat with family and friends here, flip on the TV, sneak in an afternoon nap, or grab a book and flip on the reading lamp for a laid-back day at the cabin.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen at Moonlit Hideaway is ready for in-cabin meals! Outfitted with a refrigerator, oven/stovetop, microwave, counter space for prepping meals, coffeemaker, knife set, dishes and glasses, utensils, and cooking tools, it’s easy to make meals for family and friends.
Dining Spaces
Inside and out, you have some wonderful places to enjoy a meal, a drink, or a cup of coffee. In the kitchen, take a seat at one of the 3 barstools and chat with the chef while they whip up something tasty. Or head over to the dining table on the other side of the living room, where you can seat 4 guests and enjoy some wonderful views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Here you’ll also find a high-top table for 2, perfect for a romantic evening of drinks and chatting overlooking the mountains. You won’t find a restaurant view like this downtown! Besides meals, you can use these tables for card games and board games as well. Plus, there are nice places to sit and eat on the decks, so you can choose just the right spot for your in-cabin meal.
Rec Room
Ready for some fun? Time to play in the rec room! This great space includes more of those windows framing mountain views, along with ways for everyone to play. Shoot some pool, relax in the log chairs and enjoy the views, play arcade games, or unwind on the futon while watching TV on the big screen. There’s a door leading to the deck here too, so you can easily grab some fresh air between games.
Bedrooms
The cozy bedrooms in Moonlit Hideaway are welcome retreats after fun days spent hiking, shopping, and exploring. Each bedroom has its own TV and dresser, along with log furniture; one boasts floor-to-ceiling windows for magical mountain views as you wake up each morning.
Outdoor Spaces
Get some fresh air and soak up the amazing views in the great outdoor spaces at Moonlit Hideaway. You can climb into the hot tub on the covered deck to soothe tired muscles, sit back in a deck chair with a drink or book in the shade, unwind in the sunshine on the open deck above, enjoy breakfast at the table outside, or hang out on the screened-in deck at the picnic table or chair with reading lamp. Oh, and don’t forget about the deck swing – perfect for lovely afternoons.

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What is Trip Insurance?

What is Property Protection?
Our Property Protection Plans cover unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and different levels of protection.
- $54 = $1500 in coverage / No security deposit
- $84 = $2000 in coverage / No security deposit

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.
Do you offer any discounts?

What about discounts for area attractions?
Our Cabins for YOU Partner Program gives you discounts to top area attractions - from mini golf and mountain coasters to dinner shows and beyond - when you stay with us.
What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
What’s provided in the kitchen?

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.
What if there is an emergency at the cabin?

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
