During downtime and days spent in the cabin, use the spacious coffee table for puzzles, cards, and board games with the kids in front of the fireplace. Watch your favorite daytime TV shows in the soft light drifting through the tall windows looking over the patio. Or curl up with a good book to unwind with warm lamplight at your cozy cabin in the Smokies.

Dishes, glasses, pots, and pans…the tools are all here to create delicious homemade meals or quick snacks when you want to hang out in the cabin.

Before stepping outside to breathe in the crisp morning mountain air as you settle into a rocking chair, brew a fresh pot of joe with the standard drip coffeemaker. This place was awesome just like it showed. There were several little handyman things that needed to be fixed. The drains in the second bathroom did not work well leaving you standing in a puddle off water when you showered and the sink also drained slowly. Several of the tv remotes needed batteries so they would not work. The tv in the living room could use some instructions on how to use it. Some of the darts for the dart board were broken. One of the score buttons on the shuffleboard table did not work, but the other side did. In the first bedroom the tv felt like it was not mounted correctly so it was crooked and felt like it was gonna fall when you moved it. Found water in bottom of fridge once that we did not know where it came from.
Overall we had a great time. I really loved the hot tub, good kitchen utensils if you are going to cook. Bed was not the softest, but was bearable since we only stayed 3 nights. Washer dryer worked good. Easy access to many attractions.

Everything was perfect except for the second bathroom, the tub was clogged and the water level rose a lot when it was time to bathe, the toilet mat smelled bad, it seemed like it was spilling water around the toilet, but the place is great

Cabin was as described and viewed in the pictures. On arrival, the toilet in the first bedroom didn't flush (found the chain inside the tank disconnected??) and the knob fell apart on the closet door as the securing screws were too loose. Both were fixed easy enough without calling maintenance, just weird. Found a few minor cleaning issues, cob webs in the living room to the right of the TV at about 7' high and mild mildew on the beams above both showers. No problem with the TVs in any location (except the upstairs TV turned on twice when turning off the living room TV). The game room upstairs was nicely spaced. The pool table had only a small stub of chalk, the air hockey table had a nice hand paddle and a cheap flimsy one. Everything worked upstairs. As stated in previous reviews, there is no space to toilet a pet right next to the cabin. There is a couple small spaces either up or down hill and across the road. Care needs to be taken in the dark as some drivers go too fast and the space is right next to the road. We didn't use the hot tub the first night and when we went to use it the second night, it was very low with the water level at the top of the water inlet. We had to add water using the 2 provided hoses (which took 45 min). Then the tub was too cool to use that night after filling with water. The tub was also loud when circulating the filter in the back bedroom (this may bother light sleepers). The grill worked excellent and was very clean. The kitchen had pretty much everything you need to make meals, minus spices. There was even a couple nice T-fal pans. There was a partial pack of coffee filters and a basic salt and pepper shaker when we were there. The internet was slow, but usable for basic web and email. It won't support streaming or heavy use and our Verizon service was present, but slow too with only 1 bar on each of our phones. The resort pool area is a bit of a hike (we walked once and it is all up hill on the way back). The indoor pool area was very warm (so was the water). The outside was still in use at the end of Sept and the water was pretty cool, but usable. Overall, this is a good value and better than average rental.

OMG The description of the cabin does not do the experience justice. There are 360 degree views everywhere. The natural sunlight awakens you with a heavenly light throughout the whole cabin in the morning. It was clean and stocked with all basic necessities. Take note that you’re IN the mountains so cellular service and wifi are sketchy but overall great experience. You can’t get bored with a working game room with tons of options for play. Not to add the location of the cabin sits in the mountain surrounded by the forest. But you’re only 5 minute drive to main attractions and shopping. This cabin was pet friendly but the mountains may not be. There little no grass and can tend to be very steep so leash your babies. Take time and soak in the hot tub while looking directly at Mt. Conte, if I’m. It mistaken of the name!.
