Location: Pigeon Forge, Tennessee
Area: Legacy Mountain
Smoky Mountain charm awaits at this cozy 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom, 1,500-square-foot cabin for 8 in Pigeon Forge, TN! Great for family vacations, weekends with friends, or even romantic couples’ retreats, Legacy View is located in the gorgeous Legacy Mountain Resort, offering community amenities along with the perks in the cabin. You can splash around in the outdoor community pool in summer (with amazing mountain views), relax by the fireplace on the pavilion, unwind in the sauna, or get in a workout — with more stunning views — in the exercise room.
At the cabin, find plenty of amenities to keep you comfortable and having fun. You can cozy up on the sofas by the big screen TV and fireplace; take advantage of the fully equipped kitchen for group meals; sit down for dinner with a gorgeous view; and soak in the outdoor hot tub before bed — all with more mountain views!
Ready for some fun? Play foosball, pool, and arcade games in the cabin, or plan a movie night with the provided Blu-ray player! The cabin also boasts wireless internet, so you can stay connected, and a mounted flatscreen TV in the bedroom. Or just grab a cup of coffee and sit back in the rocking chairs on the deck with your — you guessed it — majestic mountain views!
Feel a wave of comfort and peace as you enter the cozy living room with massive windows framing enchanting mountain peaks at Legacy View. Unwind on the plump sofa (also a sleeper) with cushiony pillows, enjoy a cup of tea with your sweetheart on the plush love seat, and tell intriguing stories by the electric (heated) fireplace. Plan for movie night every night with your favorite Blu-rays on the flatscreen TV and buttery snacks plus sweet treats piled high on the coffee table! This space is great for gathering everyone together for late-night chats or morning meetings before hitting downtown attractions.
Snack time, meal prep, and family feasts are made easy in Legacy View’s fully equipped, galley-style kitchen, packed with stainless-steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and tons of cooking tools. There are also serving dishes, glasses, mugs, and cutlery for mealtimes. Fry chicken on the stove, rinse collards in the double sink, bake fresh biscuits in the oven, store condiments in the fridge, and keep dessert ice cold in the freezer. While making and eating meals at the cabin is all fun and good, you’ll mostly appreciate the dishwasher’s help with the cleanup!
Steps away from the kitchen hub lies the dining area with a lovely crafted table for 6 (bench + 4 chairs). With the home’s open concept, extra seating won’t be a problem as the living room sofas are only a few feet away, so you can keep everyone together at mealtimes. And when breakfast, lunch, or dinner is over, clear the space and set up a fun board game from home!
Rec Room | Loft
Or maybe you’d prefer to head to the loft, where the rec space awaits with foosball, pool, and a multi-game arcade unit! Knock back a few cold ones with your pals and a game of cards (from home) at the pub table or enter a game tournament of champions. Shoot pool like nobody’s business, trample your enemies on the foosball field, and take down the highest arcade scores like a boss!
And while everyone’s cheering you on…or laughing hysterically at your “cool moves,” keep a little entertainment going on the mounted (rotatable) flatscreen TV. There’s even a futon for sitting while you wait for your next victory round. Worried about heated matches? Keep things cool with 2 ceiling fans. Oh! And of course, the mountain views only get better from a higher vantage point through the rec loft’s impressive windows. Do feel free to step onto the second-floor deck for an immersive experience!
Ah, you’ve played hard, explored the national park, and watched a few movies with the family. It’s time to head to your master suite, featuring a private en-suite bathroom, mounted flatscreen TV, and a comfy king-size bed! In warmer months, look forward to lush tree-studded views, and when winter sets in, you’ll get a peek at the Smoky Mountains. There is also a mattress in the loft, reached by the ladder in the rec loft, a futon, plus the sleeper sofa in the living room for extra accommodations. And upstairs you’ll find a jetted tub in the bathroom, with a window so you can pull the distant mountain views a little closer to you through the rec area.
Step outdoors and into stunning Smoky Mountain views as far as the eye can see at Legacy View! Sip mugs of joe or cocoa in the rocking chairs on cool eves and brisk mornings. Host a barbecue shindig with grilled veggies and meats on the charcoal, picnic-style grill. And soak morning, noon, and night in the bubbly hot tub overlooking mountain scenery for miles. The driveway is steep and paved with parking for 4 vehicles, and there are only 2 steps into the cabin so unpacking and loading the cars won’t be such a struggle.
Anything else? Why of course! Legacy View has a washer and dryer set to take care of laundry, complimentary Wi-Fi to Google and post with ease, plus community pool access through Legacy Mountain Resort, perfect for summer splashes in the Smokies — yes, with more amazing panoramic views!
