This resort is located around 10 miles from the Sugarlands and Greenbrier Road entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park in Gatlinburg, Tennessee, which means local wildlife, adventurous trails, and hiking memories aren’t far away. Other favorites nearby include the Tanger Outlets in Sevierville, Dollywood theme park, Mt. LeConte, and ziplines!

Clubhouse
Didn’t get enough exercise on your Smoky Mountain hike? Jog over to the fitness center at the resort clubhouse for weightlifting and machine conquering. Along with a range of workout equipment, the exercise facility boasts some truly stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains.
Afterward, spend time in the hot sauna and steam room for a calming cleanse before heading back to your beautiful vacation rental. As the central hub of the resort, the clubhouse also provides restrooms for your convenience.

Pavilion
Grab the group and head to the pavilion for snack time with the kids, chat time with friends, or quiet time with nature. Boasting arguably one of the best Smoky Mountain views at the resort, the pavilion makes an incredible spot for family photos or awesome selfies. Not to mention, a large stone fireplace awaits to set the mood for cozy evenings outdoors, which is the perfect time for a romantic dance or two.
Spend time relaxing and hanging out, with a flatscreen TV above the fireplace, fans, views, and picnic seating! Planning a Smoky Mountain wedding? The pavilion is available for guests staying in the community.

Legacy Mountain Resort Rules
For the enjoyment of all guests, quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. House parties, outdoor music, and fireworks are not allowed, and cabin occupancy limits are enforced to ensure everyone’s safety. Parking is only allowed at your cabin (no road parking), and all trash should be secured in bins provided at the cabin.
Guests must be 18+ to use exercise equipment, sauna, and steam room; guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to the pool or clubhouse. Use equipment at your own risk and be respectful – please clean up any areas you use. If you find any issues, please report to management immediately.
As always, please be respectful of other guests and the community. Never throw trash over railings and treat your cabin and the community as your home for your stay. Guests not adhering to rules will be fined or evicted from the community.
