Reviews for Lazy Bear Retreat

  • "The cabin was beautiful in every way. It had such tasteful decor and accessories. The drive up the mountain was really scary, but it was definitely worth it. The video directions were very helpful. My only disappointment was that the stay was so short. I can't wait to go back!"

  • "Absolutely beautiful stay. Cabin was exactly as pictured nice clean and fresh. Me and my husband really enjoyed our stay. Only issue was that I’m scared of heights so the drive to and from had me shaking driving up the mountain due to being a first time mountain traveler it was well worth it and close to all the attractions"

Justin, we are pleased to hear that your getaway to a Lazy Bear Retreat was pleasant for you and your guests! We hope you come back real soon!

  • "We rented from Cabins for you when our family needed a secluded getaway over thanksgiving. The process was simple and contactless, but they made sure to check in every step of the way. We liked our experience with Cabins For You so much we became an owner. I can’t say enough about their service- good people and top notch."

  • "The cabin was clean and so spacious! The views were amazing."

  • "We really enjoyed ourselves I will book again. Cabin was exactly how it looked in the pictures. Very clean, a little bugs but no issues common lady bugs nothing to freak out about"

  • "Our cabin and stay was exactly what our family needed! The ride up the hill was a little scary the first time up but after one time, you're a champ. We rented a pick up truck with 4 wheel drive. We saw a bear down the road that the cabin was on! We couldn't believe it!! They provided, dish detergent, towels, kitchen ware, toilet paper, trash bags. There is a coffee pot so be sure to bring your coffee and creamer to sit on the porch in the morning. The kids (17 and 11) had a great time playing games and hanging out in the basement. The hot tub was wonderful for all 4 of us to enjoy together. Overall, this stay was amazing and we cannot wait to return someday! Thank you!!"

  • "Beautiful cabin with a great view at a reasonable price! We had a wonderful time visiting, although the wife wasn’t too crazy about the road to the cabin. Higher than we expected. The view is from the balcony of our cabin. We will definitely go through Cabins For You on our next visit! Thank you sooo much!!!"

  • "No complaints about staying here. If you want a private stay at literally the top of the mountain stay here. It’s a long drive up the mountain but worth it. Everything was clean, hot tub was clean and hot, soft clean beds, perfect for 2-3 couples or small family. 30 min to Gatlinburg, 20 min to grocery store. All round beautiful and enjoyable stay"

  • "The cabin is cozy, comfortable, and well equipped. My kids didn't want to leave it to go sightseeing. It was the perfect place to spend Christmas. There was no snow, but the view was still breathtaking. The road up the mountain is good, but it can be challenging if you don't have a 4x4 vehicle and is not used to curves and slopes, even if the weather is good. So plan accordingly! All in all, it was a great stay and we plan to go back. Thank you, Cabins For YOU, for hosting us."

  • "We had a wonderful stay in the Lazy Bear Retreat. The view was breathtaking. The cabin was tremendous and very cozy! We would definitely recommend and stay again!"
