At night, enjoy the bedding at Lazy Bear Retreat: 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 futon, and 1 queen sleeper sofa. Each bedroom also has its own TV, which is a nice extra on vacation. For entertainment, play foosball in the rec room and have fun movie nights with the big screen TV with DVD player and movie library to browse in the living room!

The cabin also has plenty of conveniences, including high-speed wireless internet so you can stay connected (if you want to), 3 garden tubs, a cozy wood-burning fireplace for those cool mountain evenings, and a dual gas and charcoal grill for cookouts! And don’t forget about the soothing outdoor hot tub, where you can soak in valley views and unwind in the mountains.

Living Room
Offering the ultimate in coziness and comfort, the living room at Lazy Bear Retreat is welcoming indeed! Hardwood floors lead into the space that opens up to a wall of windows framing expansive scenes of the valley below, and there’s an impressive wood burning fireplace with a big screen TV above the mantel. When you’re feeling extra lazy, rest back in the recliners or prop up your feet on the sofa for a nap. There’s also a movie library with DVD options to entertain in the evenings. It’s a great space to chill with a few drinks and friends, let the kids play cards on the coffee table, and gather for midnight snacks.

A few steps from the living area, the kitchen is fully equipped with major stainless steel appliances — including a dishwasher, fridge, range, and microwave — an island with extra counter space and bar seating for 2, plus cookware, dishes, mugs, cutlery, and more to help you prepare and serve meals at the cabin. Whip up bountiful breakfasts, lavish lunch spreads, hearty dinners, tasty snacks, and cocktails in a flash!

Dining Area
Near the kitchen lies the dining area with bright windows, a glowing chandelier, and a round table for 4. Combined with the kitchen’s bar seating plus the extra chair, everyone will have a place to dine. Plus, the table is versatile for activities with the kiddos, checking emails from time to time, working on your next blog piece, or playing a board game bought in town or brought from home.

Rec Room
Upstairs, the rec room features a foosball table for champions! You can play the day away or sit back on the sofa for a little entertainment on the flatscreen TV with your feet propped up on the ottoman in the space. It’s also a cozy spot to break for a lengthy read in the evenings away from the group.

When you’re ready to rest your head and mind, slip away to your bedroom escape after a hot bath in one of 2 garden tubs. They’re great for spa evenings at the cabin, with bubbles, scented candles, tranquil tunes, and maybe some nail art afterward! The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a media space with a whopping big screen TV and a chaise sofa. The second bedroom harbors a queen-size bed, a big screen TV, and direct access to a deck. There’s also a futon in the loft and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for kids or added guests.

Outdoor Spaces
Spend time in the great outdoors taking in the stunning scenery expanding across the horizon at Lazy Bear Retreat — a semi-private Pigeon Forge cabin with great views of the Smoky Mountain valleys! There are 2 decks where you can take in the breathtaking views with a mug of coffee in a rocking chair or your partner on the porch swing. Best of all is the steaming hot tub with massaging jets, ideal for evenings after hiking in the national park or exploring downtown attractions.

When you want to head into town, pile into the cars in the parking area with room for 6 vehicles (including a trailer) on the flat, gravel driveway, then take easier flat and paved roads straight into the heart of Pigeon Forge. There are also only 3 steps up to reach the front porch, making unpacking and loading the cars easier upon arrivals and departures. And when you want to whip up a steak dinner or burger feast, fire up the dual charcoal and gas grill out front!
