Stock groceries in the fully equipped kitchen, ready to help you whip up meals, snacks, and drinks in a flash. Enjoy meals and board games at the dining table. And spread out into the living room that features a plump sofa, a nice armchair, and a mounted TV above the lovely fireplace. You can read, chat, sip wine, or take a nap in this inviting space.

For fresh mountain air, step onto the balcony that offers handsome views of the Great Smoky Mountains. You can sip coffee, enjoy a snack, or simply close your eyes and unwind. During summer, bring along a swimsuit to splash in the community pool through Gatlinburg Chateau Condos. There’s also a soothing hot tub and a laundry facility for guest use in the community.

At Gatlinburg Chateau 309, you’ll also have complimentary high speed Wi-Fi to stay connected, flat, paved parking for 2, and an elevator for added convenience. After playing in town or exploring the national park nearby, you’ll appreciate a relaxing space to kick back and drift to dreamland. Each bedroom has its own TV, and there’s a mix of 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa to keep everyone comfortable. 


Living Room
When you’re tuckered out from trekking with llamas or shopping along the Parkway, the living room at your Gatlinburg condo rental is a great space to rest and recharge. Feel free to sprawl out on the sofa that doubles as a queen sleeper, flip on the TV, and unwind. 

On brisk evenings, grab a mug of tea, a warm blanket, and your favorite book and sit back in the armchair by a crackling gas fireplace. What’s more, the living room has a bright window with scenes of the Smokies only a glance away. And it’s always nice to view the mountains in your PJs. 


Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the appliances and tools you need to prep and serve meals, snacks, and drinks throughout your stay in the Smokies, the kitchen at Gatlinburg Chateau 309 is super convenient. All you need to do is grab ingredients and treats in town, and you’re all set to keep everyone fed and happy anytime. 

Keep leftovers from The Alamo Steakhouse or Old Red Gatlinburg fresh in the fridge. Whip up hearty dishes on the stove and bake fresh goodies in the oven. Pop movie-night popcorn in the microwave and let the dishwasher take care of the messes. Plus, having a full kitchen means you can save on eating out this trip.


Dining Area
Set the dining table for 4 under the lovely chandelier for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and midnight cocktails. You can use the table for board and card games or arts and crafts. It’s also great as a temporary workspace or homeschool station. Bedrooms
At this Gatlinburg condo, you’ll have 1 bedroom with TVs and 1 full bathroom, suitable for up to 4 guests. There’s 1 king-size bed and 1 queen-size sleeper sofa. In addition to a nightstand with a lamp and a window with natural light, the main bedroom also has an armchair for extra sitting space while watching TV or reading. 

Enjoy a hot shower, change into comfy clothes, and relax in bed for a while before drifting to sleep and dreaming of Smoky Mountain fun, like shopping and dining at The Old Mill, wine tasting on the Rocky Top Wine Trail, and zooming through the trees on a mountain coaster.

One of the main reasons people visit the Smoky Mountains of Gatlinburg is to see the breathtaking scenery. At Gatlinburg Chateau 309, you’ll have your own views of the mountains from your balcony. On top of everything else, free high speed Wi-Fi is provided at the condo so you can keep up with emails, post trip vids and pics on social media, and check out the local scene online. You’ll also have flat, paved parking for 2 (hard to come by in downtown Gatlinburg) plus a convenient elevator so you don’t have to lug suitcases or groceries up flights of stairs.

With a convenient location less than 1 minute to the Parkway and only 2 blocks away from fun downtown, Gatlinburg Chateau 309 is a top pick for guests who want to stay close to all the action and excitement in the Smokies. You can also hike to waterfalls, ride horses through Cades Cove, take Jeep or ATV tours, picnic in nature, and fish for rainbow trout in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

No Way Jose’s Mexican Cantina
Located alongside the river that runs through Gatlinburg, No Way Jose’s is a happening restaurant with Mexican-style food, riverside seating, and upbeat music. It’s a great place to grab a bite to eat and people watch. Plus, it’s right by the aquarium!
