In the Legacy Mountain Resort, you'll have a great outdoor pavilion available for outdoor weddings, complete with a fireplace, picnic tables, and TV. You can splash around at the beautiful outdoor pool, work out in the exercise room with mountain views, and soothe tired muscles in the steamroom/sauna.

Living room
An inviting space to sit back and watch TV, the living room of The View has everything you need for a peaceful day in the cabin. Around the electric fireplace, find a plush leather couch and loveseat where you can read a book, watch your favorite shows, or take an afternoon nap. A coffee table in the center of the room provides a place to play card games or keep snacks nearby, and a lamp by the loveseat offers some ambient lighting. As you relax, take in the gorgeous mountain views that are framed by the large windows along the wall. You will feel completely at home as you hang out with family and friends here. Another perk is the high-speed Wi-Fi, which makes it easy to find out about upcoming events in the area, look up area attractions, or just surf the web on a lazy day around the cabin. You can also check out our blog, which features events, attractions, restaurants, travel tips, recipes, and more!

Dining area
Just behind the living room in The View is a charming dining area with a table for six. It has four chairs, a bench, and a cozy rug underfoot. As you sit and dine, enjoy more of the fantastic Smoky Mountain views. The high ceilings make the room feel big and open, so you're sure to enjoy many nice family dinners here. If you're traveling with couples, set the table up for a romantic candlelit dinner as the stars shine over the Smoky Mountains.

Kitchen
After you pass through the dining area, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with black-and-stainless steel appliances and all the tools and dishes you need for making meals and snacks in the cabin. You'll find a coffeemaker, toaster, blender, knife set, plenty of glasses, and lots of counter space for prepping meals. There's even enough space for more than one cook at once, so you won't be stuck in the kitchen on your own. As you cook, look out over the mountains or chat with others in the dining area. If you want to take advantage of the kitchen but don't want to do the work, consider booking an in-cabin personal chef who will prep, serve, and clean up after a delicious homemade meal in the comfort of your cabin.

Home theater | Rec room
A room that both kids and adults will love, the home theater and rec room boasts all the entertainment you could want on the days or evenings you don't feel like leaving the cabin. You can flip on the ceiling fan to keep the room cool on those warm summer days and stay warm while playing inside on those chilly Smoky Mountain nights. A huge TV screen with DVD player makes for the ultimate movie-watching experience, and there is a cozy couch where you can curl up while watching a ball game. The rec room also boasts an air hockey table, pool table, and arcade game console. There are even two gaming rockers for the kids. Around the room, large windows showcase the stunning views of the Great Smoky Mountains, so you can enjoy them even when you don't feel like heading outside. With so much to do here, this room is great for groups staying at The View. From here you'll also have easy access to one of the levels of decks where you'll find a relaxing hot tub where you can unwind.

Bedrooms
Each of the bedrooms in The View features a king-size bed and classic mountain cabin décor. In one bedroom, find a log bed with cozy quilt, nightstands with lamps, and a wall-mounted TV that will allow you to catch up on the news or watch late-night shows without getting out of bed. Another bedroom features another log bed with a bedside lamp and its own TV. Each guest will have a comfortable, private place to escape after a long day. For the kids, take advantage of the loft with two twin beds. The fun space looks out over the mountains and has its own TV and floor space where kids can play. It's also a great room if you're traveling with a group of friends. If you need more sleeping space, The View offers two queen sleeper sofas. The mountain motif also continues into the bathrooms, both offering showers and one featuring a soothing jetted tub.

Outdoor spaces
The View boasts two levels of decks where guests can relax and enjoy the fantastic views and lovely Smoky Mountain weather. Start mornings with a cup of coffee in the rocking chairs or end your nights with a glass of wine in the gliding rocker. For a truly relaxing night, soak those tired muscles in the hot tub as you look out over the mountains. There is even a TV over the hot tub – the ultimate in relaxation! Your time in the outdoor spaces here will be some of your most treasured, so breathe in that mountain air and enjoy the views!
