As you walk in, you’ll be welcomed by an open space with a living room, dining room, and full kitchen. Here you can unwind on the sofa and watch a show, gather with friends and family at the spacious dining room table, and cook your favorite meals in the kitchen outfitted with stainless appliances, dishes, and cooking tools.
Bedrooms are spread across the home, with a king bed and full bath on the entry level and a king bed and queen sleeper sofa on the lower level. There is a soothing hot tub outside for relaxing after busy days exploring the heart of Pigeon Forge, a firepit for late-night chats beneath the stars, and a fun game room/arcade!
Living Room
Bright and open, the living room of Dolly’s Getaway is a lovely space to relax and hang out. There is a plush leather sofa facing the flatscreen TV, so you can watch shows or movies while you unwind with family and friends. Read in the matching chair, let the little ones play around on the area rug, and enjoy easy access to the full kitchen nearby. You’ll also have Wi-Fi in the home.
Kitchen
This chic, bright, fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with everything you need for group meals. It features spacious stone countertops, bright cabinets, natural wood details, stainless steel appliances, beautiful tile backsplash, dishes, glasses, utensils, cooking tools, and a bright window above the sink.
Brew some coffee or tea to start the day, cook dinner on the stovetop, bake some sweet treats in the oven, use the blender for smoothies, and set the breakfast bar with a spread of snacks!
Dining Area
The gorgeous dining table is just steps from the kitchen, so you can easily grab second helpings, get dessert, or grab after-dinner drinks without missing a beat. Set the table for a holiday dinner, gather for a hearty country breakfast, or use the table to pack snacks and picnic lunches for scenic drives through Cades Cove or Wears Valley.
Rec Room
Game nights are upgraded in your game room at this Pigeon Forge cabin rental, with a beautiful wood ceiling, a stone feature wall, a fireplace, and games. Cozy up on the plush sofa in front of the flatscreen TV, play the driving arcade game, try Donkey Kong, or just hang out at the chic table for drinks and snacks. It’s also perfect for board games, card games, or puzzles!
Bedrooms
There are 2 beautiful bedrooms in this cozy cabin hideaway, with space to sleep up to 6 guests. The entry level bedroom has a king-size bed, bedside lamps, a full bathroom, and a ceiling fan for hot sleepers. The second bedroom on the lower level has a king-size bed, bedside lamps, a ceiling fan, and a full bathroom as well. The lower level also has a queen-size sleeper sofa for more space.
Outdoor Spaces
The outdoor spaces are equally lovely here, with a firepit with bench seating, a grill for barbecuing, and a covered deck with rocking chairs. Spend beautiful days unwinding on the deck, chatting with friends and family, and grilling steaks or burgers with the fresh mountain breeze.

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.
What if there is an emergency at the cabin?

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
