Living Room
The vaulted ceilings and open-concept floorplan of this cabin’s living room make this space especially large and inviting. Feel free to relax after your big day in Pigeon Forge on one of 3 cozy sitting options, including a full-size leather couch and 2 plush recliners. Pop in a favorite DVD and watch it on the big screen TV! If you’re visiting the Smoky Mountains in the winter, you’ll want to take advantage of the cozy electric fireplace.
Make time to curl up before the fire with your group, exchanging stories about your Pigeon Forge adventures. In the center of the living room, you’ll find a large coffee table that you can use to have snacks and drinks or to play a board game with the kids. With its charming feel and tremendous amount of natural light, you’ll love spending time in the living room at Boo Boo’s Den.
Kitchen
Planning a small group retreat to the Smokies doesn’t have to be stressful, nor does it have to be expensive. A great way to save a little money is to avoid high-priced restaurants and cook in the cabin whenever you can. Boo Boo’s Den makes preparing, cooking, and storing food easy as pie during your Pigeon Forge getaway! You’ll have access to a full-size kitchen, which includes all major appliances.
Cook a hot breakfast on the stove, prepare a dinnertime casserole in the oven, and store quick-and-easy pizzas, lasagnas, or toaster pastries in the freezer. For added convenience, Boo Boo’s Den comes with a coffeemaker and a Keurig, a toaster, and all the cookware you’ll need to make your homemade recipes. There’s also an island in the center of the kitchen, providing extra prep space as well as extra seating (4 bar stools) during mealtimes.
Dining Area
Close to the kitchen is a large wooden dining table where your group can enjoy all the delicious meals prepared during your Pigeon Forge retreat. The table has place settings for 8, and you can take advantage of extra seating with the bar stools in the kitchen as well as the plush living room options.
The main floor of Boo Boo’s Den is open, so no one will feel left out while you dine. And when the dishes are put away and the table is cleared, feel free to use this space for family game night or a craft session with the kids on a rainy afternoon. Rec Room
Rainy-day fun isn’t limited to board games at the dining table in Boo Boo’s Den. You can also plan for a round of pool on the full-size billiard table in this cabin’s rec room. With large windows across the back wall, you’ll enjoy the natural light flooding this space as well as the open layout. The pool table is in the center of the room, and other exciting amenities include a flatscreen TV, an arcade cabinet, a pub table with 4 stools, and a futon.
You can lie back and relax while you watch a movie, play a card game at the table, and beat all the high scores. Bedrooms
Boo Boo’s Den is a cabin designed for small-group fun. And with 4 bedrooms, you’ll have plenty of space for your small group to crash comfortably at the end of each exciting day. Three bedrooms offer a similar layout, each coming with a king-size bed, its own TV, and natural wood furnishings. The final bedroom offers 1 twin-size bed and 1 full-size bunk. This is a great room to set aside for kids or singles traveling with your group.
You’ll also have access to a futon in Boo Boo’s Den for a few other guests. While each bedroom comes with cozy furnishings, like ceiling fans, reading lamps, and bureaus, two bedrooms have direct access to a deck. And the main bedroom harbors an indoor jetted tub — the perfect way to relieve sore muscles after hiking, biking, or horseback riding in Pigeon Forge.
Outdoor Spaces
The flat, paved driveway that leads to Boo Boo’s Den is the first convenient outdoor amenity at the cabin. You’ll also enjoy tree-studded views from multiple deck levels, access to a charcoal grill, rocking chairs, a porch swing, and an outdoor hot tub with its own outdoor TV! Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!

We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.

Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.
Average quality accommodations. Will have some good quality and some low quality elements. Things such as a mixture of flatscreen and tube tvs, good quality furniture but worn out and not consistent, particle board cabinets and laminate countertops with updated appliances, or updated appliances but not consistent. These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
