A Million Dollar View gives you exactly what the name promises: panoramic mountain views stretching across the Smoky Mountains. This 3-bedroom Gatlinburg cabin rental has 2 bathrooms and room for up to 9 guests, giving your family plenty of space for a relaxing Tennessee getaway. Start the morning with coffee overlooking layers of mountain ridges, spend the afternoon exploring downtown Gatlinburg, then come back to your cozy cabin for dinner on the deck as the sun settles over the Smokies.
Inside, you’ll have plenty of room to unwind between adventures, with two stone fireplaces, Wi-Fi, and a large game room downstairs. Outside, soak in the private hot tub, relax on the covered porch, or gather around the octagonal picnic table on the main deck without giving up those mountain views. With Chalet Village amenities, close proximity to town, and plenty of things to do in Gatlinburg, A Million Dollar View makes it easy to mix quiet cabin time with days spent exploring the Smokies.
Cabin Highlights
Living Room
The main living room is a comfortable place to slow down after a day in Gatlinburg. Stretch out on the sectional, turn on a movie, or warm up by the stone fireplace while the mountains fill the windows behind you. The open layout keeps the living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, so your group can spend time together without crowding into one space.
During cooler months, settle in with hot cocoa after a day on the mountain. In warmer weather, step straight outside to the main deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air before heading into town for dinner.
Kitchen + Dining Area
Keep vacation mornings easy with breakfast at the cabin before heading out to explore the Smokies. The fully equipped kitchen gives you space for everything from quick snacks and coffee to family dinners, while the breakfast bar and nearby dining table give everyone room to sit down together.
Cook an easy meal at the cabin, or head out to one of the many Gatlinburg restaurants nearby. Afterward, gather around the dining table for dessert, conversation, or a game before calling it a night.
Game Room
Rainy day or quiet evening at the cabin? Head downstairs to the large game room and start a little friendly competition. The updated space brings the games together in one room, giving kids and adults a place to hang out without taking over the main living area upstairs.
Challenge each other at the air hockey table, try for a new high score on the arcade, or pull up a chair around the card table for poker, checkers, or your favorite game. A second stone fireplace and comfortable seating make it easy to hang out between turns.
Bedrooms + Bathrooms
Three bedrooms give families and friends several sleeping options across the cabin. The entry-level king bedroom keeps one sleeping space close to the main living areas, while the lower level includes both the queen bedroom and the twin-over-full bunk bedroom near the game room.
Two full bathrooms help everyone get ready for mornings in town or clean up after hiking through the Smokies. Both include a shower/tub combination.
Outdoor Spaces
The views are the main event at A Million Dollar View, and the outdoor spaces give you plenty of reasons to stay outside and enjoy them. Step from the living room onto the main back deck, where the new octagonal picnic table gives your group a front-row seat to mountain ridges, wooded slopes, changing skies, and colorful fall foliage.
Downstairs, slip into the outdoor hot tub after hiking, shopping, or exploring the Great Smoky Arts & Crafts Community. A glider on the lower porch gives you another place to relax while someone else takes a turn in the hot tub.
Fire up the charcoal grill for burgers or an easy lunch, then bring your plates back to the deck and eat with the Smoky Mountains stretched out in front of you.
Other Amenities
A Million Dollar View also includes the everyday conveniences that make longer stays and family vacations easier. Stay connected when you need to, pack a little lighter, and come and go on your own schedule with keyless entry.
The cabin also features UV light protection through the HVAC system.

Your stay includes seasonal access to Chalet Village Resort amenities, giving you even more ways to spend a summer afternoon in Gatlinburg. Community facilities include swimming pools, clubhouse spaces, sports courts, walking areas, and fitness amenities.
The cabin’s location in Chalet Village also puts you close to Ober Gatlinburg and within a convenient drive of downtown attractions, restaurants, shops, and entrances to Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Pigeon Forge is also within reach when you want to add Dollywood, dinner shows, attractions, and more to your Smoky Mountain vacation.
