Description

Just minutes from Ober Mountain and a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, this inviting Gatlinburg cabin blends comfort, charm, and convenience in a wooded, semi-private setting. Designed with families and friends in mind, it offers cozy gathering spaces, playful touches for kids, and peaceful spots to unwind.

Whether you’re sipping coffee on the decks, soaking in the hot tub on the patio, or winding down by the fireplace after a day of mountain adventures, this 1,770-square-foot, 3-bedroom cabin in East Tennessee makes it easy to settle in and stay awhile.

Living Room
The heart of your Gatlinburg cabin rental is the spacious living room, where a plush sofa and loveseat invite you to kick back in front of the big screen TV and the brick-encased gas fireplace, with your pups curled up at your feet. Tall ceilings and natural light give the space an open, airy feel, while wood accents keep it grounded and cozy.

Just behind the staircase, you’ll find a kids’ crawl-space play area — a fun little hideaway they’ll claim as their own. On the staircase’s middle landing, a desk offers a dedicated spot to check emails or jot down tomorrow’s plans. Overall, it’s a great space to gather everyone, hang out, and take it easy for a spell after a day of hiking in the Smokies, fly fishing with friends, or shopping downtown.

Kitchen
Through brick archways, the fully equipped kitchen at your mountain vacation home combines rustic charm with modern convenience. Stainless steel appliances, provided tools, and a central island with seating make cooking a breeze, whether you're prepping pancake breakfasts or steaks to pair with mountain air.

You’ll have both a standard drip coffeemaker and a single-cup option for your morning ritual plus everything you need to cook, serve, and clean up with ease.

Dining Area
The dining space flows seamlessly from the kitchen, creating a social hub for meals, games, and late-night snacks. Set the table for homemade dinners, Appalachian barbecue takeout, or dessert with coffee; there’s also additional seating at the island. With board games tucked nearby and sightlines to the living room, it’s the kind of shared space where conversations linger and good memories stack up at your charming vacation rental.

Bedrooms + Loft
With 3 bedrooms, a futon in the loft, and 2½ bathrooms, your Smoky Mountain cabin comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests. Upstairs, the primary bedroom with a king-size bed opens to a spacious private balcony with treetop views, a bench, and a quaint table — perfect for sunrise coffee or stargazing at night. This room also connects to a bathroom with a shower/tub combo and features glass doors that lead to a loft-style overlook above the main living space.

On the lower level, accessible via a spiral staircase, you’ll find a spacious bedroom with 2 full beds, each with a twin trundle underneath. This room has its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower and direct access to the outdoor patio and hot tub area — a quiet, tucked-away retreat that still feels connected to the rest of the home.

On the entry level, the final bedroom (though not fully closed off) offers a queen-size bed, and there’s a half bath here for added convenience. Back upstairs, the loft includes a futon for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has a TV, and all the beds are made for comfort and restful nights.

Outdoor Spaces
Mountain air, birdsong, and rustling leaves surround your cozy cabin’s outdoor areas, creating a peaceful backdrop to your stay. The main deck features a fire table, rocking chairs, and an octagonal dining table — a great spot for morning coffee, evening drinks, or watching the sun filter through the leaves. Off the upstairs bedroom, a private balcony with seating gives you your own little slice of serenity.

Down below, the patio offers a bubbling hot tub for soothing soaks anytime of year, a small bistro table to sip and chat, and 2 charcoal grills (one picnic style) so you can cook out your way. Whether you're soaking, sipping, or just taking in the wooded views, every outdoor space feels like an extension of this rental cabin’s comfort and calm. It’s perfect for family vacations or weekend get-togethers with friends!
