As you head inside, a comfortable living room with a stone fireplace is ready and waiting for cozy mountain nights with a good book and a glass of wine. Spend days unwinding with the flatscreen TV and DVD player or bust out the provided board games for a fun family game night! Ready for more fun? Challenge someone to a game of foosball in the loft!
On the deck, spend evenings soaking away in the outdoor hot tub or enjoying coffee or a cold drink from the rocking chairs here. With a charcoal grill outside and a fully equipped kitchen inside, Tranquility has the tools you’ll need for homemade meals or quick snacks in the cabin. And don't forget your s'mores for story time around the firepit!

Living Room
After traveling to your Smoky Mountain Tranquility, leave your bags at the door, plop on the couch or arm chair, wrap up in the soft throw, and flip on the flatscreen TV. It’s time to relax — your vacation has begun! And with all the mountain charm this living room has to offer, you’ll feel welcomed and right at home in no time. Brought along a few favorite DVDs? Perfect. Pop one in the DVD player, set out snacks and drinks on the coffee table, and press play for movie night! Feeling a tad chilly? Brew a pot of joe, light the gas fireplace, sit back in the glider, and finally start the novel series at the top of your must-read list.
*Because of its tranquil setting, the cabin can have spotty cable. Wi-Fi is also not available here. Enjoy unplugging at this serene cabin!
Kitchen
Yum — it’s mealtime! Head to the fully equipped kitchen for hot breakfasts on the stove, fresh lunches from the fridge, and baked casseroles from the oven for dinner. The open concept makes it easy to keep with conversations in the living space, and you won’t have to pause your favorite part of the film when it’s time to refill the popcorn bowls! Best part? There’s a handy dishwasher so cleanup won’t be a hassle.
Dining Area
Near the center of the kitchen lies the dining area, featuring a round table with seating for 4. Set the table with ease, grab seconds in a flash, and enjoy family moments in the mountains while you dine. After dinner, clear the space, set up a provided board game, and take down your friendly foes with a smile. Need another victory? Play foosball in the loft!
Bedroom | Loft
Before heading upstairs to dreamland, take a well-deserved bubble bath in the indoor jetted tub. Add scented candles, soothing tunes, and a romantic novel to elevate the experience. Or better yet, preorder the Princess Bath and Bouquet basket (includes bath salts, a loofa, bath tea, body mist, and much more!) when you book your cabin stay.
After relaxing in the steamy water, slip into the cool sheets of the loft’s king-size bed, snuggle with your spouse, and enjoy a little entertainment before bed on the flatscreen TV*. Need room for extra guests? The queen sleeper sofa in the living room completes the cozy sleeping arrangements for 4 at Tranquility.
*Due to dense trees and local area obstructions, please note cable TV is limited at this cabin.
Outdoor Spaces
Pull into your flat, gravel driveway with parking for 2 and be greeted by a cozy Smoky Mountain cabin to start your vacation. With only 4 steps up to enter the semi-private home, unloading and reloading the cars will be a breeze. After unwinding on the front porch rocking chairs, it’s time to explore the screened-in back deck! Change into your swimsuit for a relaxing turn in the bubbly hot tub with woodsy views or chill at the outdoor dining tables with cookies and freshly made tea. As the evening sun sets, fix a barbecue meal on the charcoal grill, then dine with friends round the firepit with seating.
Local Fun
While enjoying the peace at Tranquility is a must, be sure to break away for a bit of excitement in downtown Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg as each city is less than 9 miles from the cabin. With this central location, you’ll find plenty of country stores, star restaurants, alluring attractions, and outdoor activities.

"From the booking to the check in to the stay to the check out...Cabins for YOU was amazing. Texts and emails provided all details needed, and a call...I super appreciate the contact, it gives the company a more personal feel! Booking was super easy, all info was up front and signing the rental agreement was also easy and hassle free! The cabin ‘Tranquility’ was perfect for us! We were able to cook 2 meals in cabin with all cooking essential provided, watch the 2 DVDs we brought (were horror movie fans so we brought Cabin in the Woods and Evil Dead remake) :D and able to relax our muscles after a lot of walking/hiking in the personal hot tub on the back deck. The cabin was super cute inside...we are usually beach people, but the charm of the cabin decor definitely gave it the feel needed for a Smokey Mountain vacay. The check out info was posted for easy viewing so we knew everything we needed to do when leaving. There is no WiFi or washer/dryer in this particular cabin, but that wasn’t a big deal for us. The location was perfect for all of our planned activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will definitely be booking with Cabins for YOU for any future trips!"

"We arrived at the cabin Tranquility, on Saturday. It was beautiful and very clean! The view was awsome! After we got settled in we relaxed on the very comfortable couch and ordered dinner with Uber eats. The hot tub on the back porch was clean and we enjoyed the view high atop the woods. We stayed 2 nights, and the only issue was the t.v. it rained and the dish faded in and out. It was an enjoyable time and I would highly recommend these folks for your stay! Drew"

"Great love nest romantic hideaway. There are neighbors but cabins are arranged such that there is alot of privacy. Highway close by so not totally isolated but isolated enough. No wifi so plan ahead and download music for romantic evenings and maps for hiking and exploring. Cell service is spotty in the mountains."

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
