You’ll be saying “You’re The Only TennISee” to this cool 4-bedroom, 3 ½-bathroom pool cabin with 3,500 square feet of space for 14 guests in the Black Bear Ridge cabin resort of Pigeon Forge, TN. With a nice mix of beds, wood interiors, gorgeous views, relaxing outdoor spaces, stylish décor, and some awesome upgraded amenities, it’s sure to impress!
Slip away with friends and family for a fun week in the Great Smoky Mountains at The Only TennISee! Splash and swim in the private indoor pool with plenty of windows around the room, cozy up in the living room with plush seating in front of the flatscreen TV and stacked stone fireplace, have a great movie night with a big screen TV and theater-style seating, shoot pool and play arcade games with mountain views, and unwind in the soothing hot tub on the deck.
Want to relax? Grab a drink and sit back in the rocking chairs on the deck, sit down at the dining table for meals made in the fully equipped kitchen, or climb into one of the cozy beds — including 3 king-size beds, 2 twin bunks, 1 futon, and 1 sleeper sofa. There are plenty of extras at this cabin too, including DVD and Blu-ray players, a washer/dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.
Living Room
Get cozy with family and friends in the inviting living room at The Only TennISee! Beautiful valley views stream through the surrounding large windows that let it plenty of natural light, and hardwood floors pair with wood interiors, giving you a true log cabin experience. Plop on the sofa and armchairs for a rest with a game on the coffee table, switch on the big screen TV for a little entertainment, and enjoy the mood-setting electric fireplace. The couch even doubles as a sleeper sofa for extra guests.
Kitchen
Following the open concept in the home, the fully equipped kitchen is only steps away from the living area, so you can enjoy valley views, keep conversations flowing, and watch TV while you prep meals. Stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, plus pots, pans, cookware, dishes, mugs, and more are waiting to help you create healthy breakfasts, lavish lunches, delectable dinners, and sweet treats!
Dining Area
Feet from the kitchen awaits the dining area that features a large rustic, country-chic table with matching chairs and benches for mealtimes with loved ones. Close to the living area, this space offers additional seating on the sofa and armchairs so everyone can have a comfy place to dine. The table is also great for arts and crafts with the kids, checking emails in the mornings, or sitting down for a chat with your bestie and a mug of joe.
Rec Room + Theater Space
Playtime is here at The Only TennISee! Head for the rec room + theater space upstairs — featuring a pool table for epic rounds, a tabletop arcade unit with all the classics, a mini fridge for snacks and drinks, and theater-style seating plus a 70-inch massive screen TV! Pop in a DVD or Blu-ray for movie nights after shooting pool, beating the highest arcade scores, and kicking back with a cold one or two with your best pals on the futon.
Private Indoor Pool
Ready to swim year-round?! We thought so. Venture the pool room downstairs that features your very own private oasis. Let the kids and kids at heart splash around while you enjoy peaceful valley views through the many windows from the area seating. And when the youngsters have hit the hay, head back for a relaxing midnight dip.
Bedrooms
After tucking the kids into the 2 twin bunks, enjoy a hot shower, then slip into the king sheets in your bedroom suite. Pop on the flatscreen TV, switch on the bedside lamp for a read, or cuddle with your spouse. There are 3 king bedrooms with complete furniture sets and a bunk room in the home (every room has a TV) plus a futon in the rec room and a sleeper sofa in the living room for extra guests, meaning up to 14 guests may enjoy a stay at The Only TennISee. And there are 3 ½ bathrooms so everyone can get ready with ease.
Outdoor Spaces
Multiple deck spaces (5 total!) elevate The Only TennISee with rocking chairs to enjoy the serene Smoky Mountain valley views with a cup of morning joe, midday sweet tea, or evening wine. There’s also a gas grill for fun cabin cookouts and a relaxing hot tub to soothe tired muscles. When guests are itching to head to town, step down only 6 steps to the paved parking area with space for 4-5 vehicles, load the cars, and be on your way without a hassle!

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

Our Property Protection Plans cover unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and different levels of protection.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.
What’s provided in the kitchen?

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
