Reviews for Cloud 9 (723)

  • "Beautiful place and beautiful views, I would say this place is so nice, we enjoyed the stay. Hope to come back soon"

  • "A beautiful home, a perfect setting, an amazing weekend. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home."

  • "The cabin was very clean, updated and spacious. Our party was very pleased with this cabin."

  • "We loved Cloud 9. It was the perfect setting for a small family wedding. The views are absolutely amazing. The cabin is well appointed. It’s also very close to the club house."

  • "Exceptional home. This home beat all of our Christmas getaway expectations! Spacious, well laid out. Plenty of dishes and pans. Beds and bedrooms cozy and comfortable. Owner was absolutely amazing. We would definitely without hesitation rent this home again!"

  • "This cabin was EVERYTHING, about 8 friends and myself stayed here. We come to the mountains as a yearly get a way and this cabin by far was the best, kitchen fully stocked, rooms very clean, beds comfortable and we even had a bear visit. Every room has a balcony and a bathroom. You can't go wrong with this cabin."

  • "A group of 7 women gathered for the weekend, and we all liked the house. Everyone had a space to herself, and we still had a couple beds left over in the loft! The kitchen was the perfect size for our party, as we made breakfast and lunch with little crowding. You can bring some coffee pods for a Keurig if you want a fast cup, as the Bunn coffee maker required a little knowledge to get going. (One friend had owned one in the past, so this was her task each day!) The property management company was quite reasonable. (I realized that "spring forward" meant we were actually losing an hour, which would make morning checkout difficult. Our checkout time was extended so no one had to get up at an hour that would have felt very early.) You'll use your own credentials on Netflix or Amazon Prime if you want to find movie in the theater. (There's no DVD player.) We did this when it was snowing. (Even though there are only 6 theater seats, there are a couple chairs in this area that can be moved towards the TV if needed.). All of us fit comfortably in the hot tub. When the dishwasher had an error message, the management company offered to send a repairman same day, even though it kept snowing. Any negatives? It WAS hard to find the house. Do NOT use Maps!!!!! Definitely use the directions the management company sends, and I'd say drive in the daylight. There are other houses nearby, but this was not a bother. I gave the location 4 stars because there is only so much Gatlinburg has to offer, and two in our group got lost while trying to get there with spotty cell service on road. That's not the cabin's fault though! Big positive? We had a great time in front of the fire in the great room, having a glass of wine and talking each night. (We all fit comfortably!!!) This would be a wonderful place for friends like us to gather for a weekend of fellowship as we did or for a few families to stay....especially with games for kids in the bottom floor. The best part? No one ever felt crowded. And there are some very pretty views."

  • "I highly recommend this house because it’s very spacious, enjoyable from movie theater to hot tub. My family loved the view from the house. The house is perfect for big families. The house is very clean and well organized. The views are breathtaking. The house has many activities indoor!"

  • "14 members of our wedding party stayed here and the property exceeded our expectations! It made our wedding weekend so special!"

  • "The cabin was stunning! Views from every angle. Bear activity was way more than we expected, but amazing!!! The layout was perfect for our large family, so many areas for people to gather together or find a private nook to watch the sunrise."
