Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, is known for many wonderful things, from the beautiful scenery and wide range of restaurants to the fun family-friendly attractions and outlet shops. No matter what type of group you’re traveling with, it offers something for everyone. Planning a retreat or family reunion? Check out the dinner shows (which can accommodate large groups) or spend a day playing at Dollywood. Getting away as a couple? Enjoy peaceful afternoons touring local wineries, strolling along the Parkway, or taking a scenic helicopter tour of the city and national park.
Of course, Pigeon Forge is also known for its many, many mountain cabins. At Cabins for YOU, we boast space for any size group, from couples to large groups of 50+. Some of those cozy cabins can be found in the Smoky Cove community, tucked in the lush Wears Valley. With a canopy of trees all around, this Pigeon Forge cabin community will give you the feel of a true mountain escape.
When you arrive at Smoky Cove, you’ll be greeted by a beautiful stacked stone entrance sign that features lovely landscaping, lights, and a waterfall. It’s all in the details! All the community amenities are also conveniently located at the entrance, so it will be easy to find the entertainment you want when you get out of the cabin.
So during your stay here, take time to explore the grounds. We think you’ll find some great spaces for outdoor meals, relaxing on cool Smoky Mountain evenings, and playing with family and friends among the sights, smells, and sounds of the great outdoors!
Surrounded by the lush trees, the beautifully landscaped community pool at Smoky Cove offers summertime fun in the natural setting of the Great Smoky Mountains. Stone details surround the pool, and there is plenty of seating all along the fence. There are also lights for swimming later in the day, along with restrooms at the pool.
Other community amenities
If you’re here with a group, you’ll especially appreciate some of the other community amenities, including the pavilion with picnic tables. If you need to feed a group and want to have a nice lunch outside, head to the pavilion that has 7 picnic tables and some picnic area-style grills. It’s tucked among the trees, so you’ll have lots of shade and feel like you’ve really snuck away for some fun.
At night, bring the family down to the fire pit with some chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows to make s’mores and talk about the day’s adventures. It’s set right next to the picnic pavilion, so you can even bring some dinner you got to-go or some snacks to enjoy here.
The other community amenity is a horseshoe pit, which is great for sunny spring, summer, and fall days. Enjoy the wooded surroundings as you play here, and have some snacks or a nice lunch at the picnic table located here.
