This fully equipped meal-making space harbors slate appliances, a double sink, spacious granite countertops, lovely mahogany cabinetry, bar seating for 4, plus pots and pans, dinnerware, mugs, and more! Whip up homemade feasts in a flash, store restaurant leftovers, and make midnight snacks with ease here. There’s even a Keurig for coffee, tea, and cocoa lovers!

The entry level has 1 king + futon bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that features an indoor jetted tub for soothing spa baths and an electric fireplace to set the mountain mood, and there’s a convenient half bath. The second floor offers 2 king bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a futon in the loft area. And the lower level harbors 2 bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with a queen bunk, and both with en-suite bathrooms. Add the rec room’s queen sleeper sofa, and up to 16 guests (+ 2 kids) can sleep comfortably here. The best part? Each bedroom comes with a 4K TV to keep everyone entertained!

Even the deck railing was carefully crafted to bring better unobstructed views of the mountains and trees to you. And when you’re ready to paint the town red, head down 4 easy steps onto the flat, paved driveway with parking for 2 cars plus additional parking in the nearby cul-de-sac.

Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Things such as a mixture of flatscreen and tube tvs, good quality furniture but worn out and not consistent, particle board cabinets and laminate countertops with updated appliances, or updated appliances but not consistent. These properties have elements of a Bronze and Gold level.
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
