Blending comfort and convenience, Oak Square 309 is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo rental nestled in the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, Tennessee. This condo offers a mix of relaxing amenities plus the conveniences of home to enjoy your time on vacation. In the community, you can splash in the outdoor or indoor pool and soak tired muscles in the bubbly hot tub with massaging jets after a long day playing at attractions, shopping for souvenirs, or riding horses in the national park.

Guests at Oak Square 309 can enjoy downtown fun within walking distance and return to relax every day. Sip Tennessee Homemade Wine by the wood burning fireplace on cool mountain nights. Unwind with a friend on the balcony while taking in the fresh mountain air. Or draw a hot bubbly bath for spa night with the indoor jetted tub in the bathroom.

At the condo, you’ll have a kitchenette to keep hunger at bay, a dining space to eat and play board or card games together, and a quaint living room with a sleeper sofa and an armchair. The bedroom offers a king-size bed to rest and a TV for added entertainment. You can tap into the high speed Wi-Fi whenever you please. And when you want to see city or valley scenes, just take a stroll around the complex.

Within the Oak Square Condos community, you’ll also have access to a laundry facility to keep towels and clothes fresh throughout your stay. There’s even an elevator, and the parking area is flat and paved to make traveling easier. Oak Square 309 is ideal for small family vacations or getaways with a few friends in the Smokies. 


Living Room
Settle into your Gatlinburg condo rental with a short rest in the living room. You can leave your bags unpacked and just kick back on the sofa with entertainment on the mounted flatscreen TV. If it’s cool outside, toss a few logs into the wood burning fireplace and set the mountain mood with romantic flames for date night. A cozy fire is also nice for cocoa with a friend or an evening read in the armchair. During the daytime, you can even see the Gatlinburg Space Needle from the window! 


Kitchenette
Keep everyone fed and happy with food and drinks in the kitchenette at Oak Square 309. Store leftovers from local restaurants in the fridge and frozen treats in the freezer. The 2-burner stovetop is excellent for whipping up bacon, eggs, and pancakes for breakfast or stewing soup for dinner. There’s also a microwave, toaster ovens, and a coffeemaker for added convenience. Plus, having a kitchenette with all the essentials, including pots, pans, plates, bowls, glasses, and utensils, means you can save money on eating out while on vacation.


Dining Area
Nestled next to the kitchenette is the dining area that boasts a quaint picnic table so you can enjoy meals together. The space is also great for playing board or card games, setting up a temporary work or homeschool space, or creating an arts and crafts area for the kids. And when you crave midnight munchies, it’s a nice spot to have a seat, eat something tasty, and chat with a friend. 


Bedroom
Once you’ve enjoyed your vacation day to the fullest — playing at Anakeesta, shopping until you drop, and eating Crockett’s griddle cakes — retreat to Oak Square 309. Enjoy a spa experience in the indoor jetted tub, paired best with a few scented candles, a bath bomb, and your favorite podcast. Then, slip into your favorite PJs before curling up in the king-size bed.

In the bedroom, you’ll have 2 bedside tables with lamps, a TV, and direct access to the balcony. Flip on the lamps for a juicy read before bed or turn on the TV for a little entertainment while drifting to sleep. And wake up to bright Smoky Mountain days with coffee on the balcony. There’s also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room for other guests or the kiddos.


Outdoor Spaces
Check out the trees in the courtyard below while enjoying a cup of coffee or a glass of bubbly on the balcony. There are 2 chairs and a table where you can sit and chat with a friend or open up a new book for a riveting read in the fresh Smoky Mountain air. For nice valley or city views, take a stroll around the complex. 

Ready to head into town? There’s an elevator that can easily take you to the ground floor so you don’t have to worry about stairs on vacation. Plus, parking for 2 is flat and paved, making traveling to and from the condo easier.

At this condo rental in Gatlinburg, you’ll have community access to a heated indoor pool and a cool outdoor pool in the courtyard. This means you can swim year-round at Oak Square Condos, so don’t forget your swimsuits! And there’s even a wading pool for toddlers inside.

Gatlinburg SkyBridge
Take a leisurely stroll across North America’s longest pedestrian suspension bridge at Gatlinburg SkyLift Park. The bridge reaches up to 150 feet above the ground at its height, is 680 feet long, and features a glass portion in the middle so you can look down.
