When you’re not hiking trails in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park or hanging out in downtown Pigeon Forge, unwind in front of the crackling fireplace and TV. Outside, you’ll have some yard space to walk your dogs, play cornhole, and roast marshmallows at the firepit. You’ll also have TVs in the bedrooms, 2 attached bathrooms with shower/tub combos, paved parking, easy roads, a washer/dryer, keyless entry, DIRECTV, a DVD player, and SEGA gaming console.
Living Room
Between checking out memorable seasonal events in the Smokies, curl up on the leather sofa in front of a roaring fire or TV show in the living room at your cozy cabin in Pigeon Forge. This warm and welcoming space features a riverstone gas fireplace, a flatscreen TV, all-wood interiors, and windows stretching from floor to ceiling.
In fall or winter, the fireplace is an excellent addition to a book enjoyed in the armchair, a cuddle with your partner, or cocoa with the kids. You can plan movie nights with DIRECTV anytime. And you can keep snacks and drinks on hand with the coffee and end tables. Best of all, take in the tree vistas from the comfort of the great indoors.
Kitchen
The fully equipped kitchen at your Pigeon Forge cabin follows the living area's open concept. Classic wooden cupboards pair with a window over the sink and tree-studded views to create an inviting space to prepare and cook meals, snacks, and drinks on your Smoky Mountain vacation.
Appliances include a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, drip coffeemaker, and dishwasher. You’ll also have cookware, dishes, utensils, cooking tools, glassware, mugs, and more so you can pack light! Dining Room
Just off the main living area and kitchen is the dining room at your log cabin in Pigeon Forge, TN. With massive picture windows on 3 sides, you’ll feel like you’re dining in a treehouse! Take in the peaceful tree-studded scenery at mealtimes or while playing board or card games together. Recount your fun time axe throwing in Pigeon Forge while sipping Appalachian moonshine. Or clear the space for arts and crafts with the kiddos.
Bedrooms
Slip away and revisit Parrot Mountain & Gardens in your dreams at your 1-bedroom cabin with a loft in the Smoky Mountains. Whether you’ve been whitewater rafting, ziplining with friends, or digging at Dig’n Zone construction park, you’ll appreciate outdoor spaces to call your own at your Pigeon Forge cabin rental. How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

Our Property Protection Plans cover unintentional damages to your cabin during your stay and different levels of protection.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
