Check out Mountain Shadows Lodge, a 4,000-square-foot, 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom cabin for 18 in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. New owners have taken much care to create a welcoming and beautiful space, with lots of upgrades and fresh new additions!

After busy days along the Parkway or in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, enjoy cozy bedrooms to unwind with a mix of king and queen beds, bunks, and queen sleeper sofas. Each bedroom has its own TV, giving guests their own little retreats within the cabin.

Outside, wooded views give you a peaceful setting for your cabin stay. You can soak in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy a drink in the rocking chairs, or toss some steaks and kabobs on the charcoal or gas grill. Inside, cozy up by the gas fireplace, kick back in front of the big screen TV with DVD and Blu-ray players, take advantage of wireless internet, and just hang out with family and friends. For more entertainment, enjoy the air hockey table, pool table, and arcade games that area sure to please the kids and kids at heart!

Other conveniences include a washer/dryer and fully equipped kitchen, ensuring you feel right at home in this space. You can easily make in-cabin meals for the group or keep snacks and drinks always on hand when you want to stay in the cabin and relax. Living Room
Enter the large, cozy living room at Mountain Shadows Lodge, where a gas fireplace accompanies a stone wall, hardwood floors and exposed beams give it that cabin feel, and windows all around brighten up the space. It’s the perfect room to gather the gang for morning chats about the day’s activities or take a little time to relax with entertainment on the big screen TV and cuddles in front of a dazzling fire. There are 2 sofas and multiple armchairs plus a covered outdoor area with seating so everyone can sit back and recline with the peace of the mountains. 

Kitchen
Follow the hall to the fully equipped kitchen, featuring top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, tons of counter space, a spacious sink, a stylish skylight overhead, and bar seating for 3. Whether you’re storing snacks, whipping up homemade meals, or reheating restaurant leftovers, this kitchen has you covered. Fix hearty breakfasts on the large gas range with griddle, bake twice the sweet treats in the double ovens, pop everyone’s movie night favorite in the microwave, keep ingredients fresh in the huge refrigerator, and grab a cup of joe whenever you please from the Keurig. There’s even a handy dishwasher to help clean up the messes!

Dining Area
Just off the kitchen lies the open dining area with a large wooden table with 6 chairs. There are 2 benches nearby, great for packing in a few more at the table, and don’t forget the 3 bar stools in the kitchen. Plus, the living area seating isn’t far away, and the outdoor spaces here offer dining options in nature. The dining area is also a nice place to set up a board game (provided at the cabin) and play with family and friends before or after meals.

Rec Room
Ready to amp up playtime? Head to the rec space open to the dining area (so kids can play while the grownups chat) for air hockey matches, exciting rounds at the pool table, and arcade battles! Here you’ll also find a small table, great for catching up with a cold one and playing card games brought from home, and a mounted flatscreen TV for entertainment while you play.

Theater Room
It’s movie night in the theater room at Mountain Shadows Lodge! Fill bowls with movie theater popcorn, grab a soda from the fridge, and find your favorite seat in the private home theater. Complete with theater style seating mixed with a comfy sofa (doubles as a queen sleeper) and armchair, a massive screen TV, plus DVD and Blu-ray players, your group will have a blast watching dinosaurs chase, Spiderman swing, Disney characters sing, or whatever films you bring on screen here!

Bedrooms
When you’re ready to head to dreamland, you’ll have your pick of 5 bedrooms, with 3 suites conveniently located on the entry level. Each bedroom offers a TV for entertainment, a few boast direct access to outdoor spaces, and one even has an indoor jetted tub for relaxing spa baths.

The entry level harbors 1 queen and 2 king beds (with a queen sleeper in the theater room), while the lower level boasts a king bed, queen bunk, twin bunk, and another queen sleeper sofa. And there are 5 full bathrooms in the home so getting ready with a group of 18 won’t be a hassle.

Outdoor Spaces
Outdoors at Mountain Shadows Lodge, you’ll find multiple seating areas with mountain and woodsy scenery. Opt for grilled meals at the covered picnic area or at the dining table on the screened-in porch. Sip wine with your best pals on cushioned chairs, wake up with morning coffee on the sun deck’s rocking chairs. And roast marshmallows and swap ghost stories around the stone firepit with Adirondack chairs.

Wait — there’s more outdoor fun to be had at this large Pigeon Forge cabin! Soak tired muscles in the bubbly hot tub under the pavilion with additional seating under the stars. Grill steaks and veggie kabobs on the charcoal, picnic-style grill or the gas grill for cookouts at the cabin. And enjoy the peaceful, secluded location with 9+ beautiful acres surrounding the property.

You’ll also find convenience at Mountain Shadows Lodge with only 1 step into the cabin plus 8 parking spaces (including room for a trailer) on the curvy, gravel driveway.
