Here you’ll spend days relaxing and enjoying the serenity and beauty of the Great Smoky Mountains, from cozy interiors to inviting exterior spaces with peaceful wooded views.
Inside, snuggle on the sofa in the living room, flip on the TV with DVD player for a movie night, and take advantage of the high-speed wireless internet. In the fully equipped kitchen, create snacks and meals for your group easily. It’s stocked with appliances, cooking tools, dishes and glassware, and utensils for in-cabin meals. Each bedroom has a king-size bed and its own TV, so guests will have private and welcoming spaces after busy days. The cabin also has a CD player, a washer/dryer, and a flat, paved driveway for easy arrivals.
Outside, soak the night away in the hot tub, fire up the charcoal grill for a cookout on nice mountain days (try steaks and kabobs for a romantic dinner), start mornings with some fresh air and a cup of coffee, or sit back with a glass of wine in the rocking chairs on the deck. From an indoor jetted tub to a stone (gas) fireplace, this romantic cabin is perfect for a couples’ getaway!
Living Room
Leave your bags at the door and head straight for the plush sofa for a rest after your travels in the living room that features hardwood floors and an open concept into the dining and kitchen areas. Switch on the flatscreen TV for a little entertainment with drinks and sweets on the coffee table or opt for a classic Smoky Mountain evening with a roaring fire in the stone (gas) fireplace and a bottle of local red. There’s even a DVD player for movie nights and an armchair plus lamp for late-night reads.
Kitchen
Nearby is the kitchen fully stocked with major appliances, pots and pans, cutlery, dishes, glasses, and more for in-cabin meals and snacks. Grab fresh ingredients from the fridge, rinse veggie in the stainless steel double sink, stir stew on the stove, and wait for biscuits to turn gold in the oven. Coffee lovers will appreciate the coffeemaker at all hours, plus there’s a microwave for leftovers, a toaster, blender, and a helpful dishwasher!
Dining Area
Just off the kitchen rests the dining area in front of a large window with tree-studded views. Set the round table with cushioned chairs for bountiful breakfasts, lavish lunch spreads, delectable dinners, and midnight cocoa breaks. The space is also within view of the living room TV if you’re looking for entertainment with your meal. "The cabin was absolutely amazing and I totally enjoyed my stay. We arrived and everything was clean and well kept and as pictured. It was like home away from home. The beds were comfy and there's a jetted tub upstairs and a hot tub on the porch which I just loved. We saw plenty of bears while we were at this cabin walking down the street and crossing through the woods. The cabin is close to town and even though the roads are a little steep of grade my small car had no problem getting up or down. It's a very nice cabin and very affordable and we would love to return again to this place. You would enjoy your stay, but not recommended for small children as there were bears in the area close proximity and not really any outdoor place to play. Couples would definitely enjoy this cabin and it's privacy. Overall an excellent place thank you so much we felt very welcome."

"We stayed 2 nights here and was sad we didn’t get to stay longer! This cabin was so cozy and so much fun! It was just the 2 of us and we enjoyed baths in the jetted tub upstairs with the music on!! Having ahoy tub was also a plus! We felt very welcomed when we got to the cabin as it was VERY clean and our cleaning lady left us a note and snacks which was very thoughtful!! 10/10 recommend this cabin. We WILL be renting again."

"The cabin was wonderful! My only minor complaint is that the sheets were too small for the mattresses and popped off every time someone sat down. My main concern is around this being a "big business" vs. more small business personal attention I expect from VRBO. Pro tip: Don't leave anything behind. This is apparently a company with many rentals. We left my son's FAVORITE pillow. I messaged on VRBO about 45 minutes after we left, as soon as we realized.... unfortunately we were on a tight schedule and had gone too far to turn around. I gave a description and the EXACT location I had set it. The response included a link to a "lost item form." However, I messaged back and requested that someone check immediately or let the house keeping know to set it aside before stripping the beds. I got no useful response to this, no one looked, and I keep getting automated emails saying they're "still looking" when I know it's now gone for good and mixed in with the pillows on the bed. My son is DEVASTATED..... more personal attention to renters would be huge."

How and when do I pay?
- If your arrival date is more than 120 days out:
- - 15% of the balance is due now, half of the balance is due at 120 days and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is between 31 and 120 days out:
- - Half of the total is due now and the remainder is due 30 days prior to check-in.
- If your arrival date is less than or equal to 30 days out:
- - Your entire balance is due at booking.

What do additional fees cover?
We want to ensure each guest has a clean, comfortable place to stay. The additional fees cover property cleanup of your cabin once you’ve checked out, reservation fee, taxes and service fee.

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.
1-3 bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 3 months of stay.
CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?
Yes, we have quite a few options for pet-friendly vacations! Check out our wide selection online!
What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
- 1 trash bag per container
- 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
- 1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Do all your cabins have Wi-Fi?
Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
- Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
- Put trash in proper containers
- Clean used dishes
- Clean any large messes made during stay
- Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.
CFY Quality Rating System
Bronze
Overall outdated and/or has worn out elements. There is little to no coordination in furniture and decor. Most furniture items are of lower quality such as cloth couches, laminate countertops, and particle board cabinets.

Gold
Good quality accommodations. These properties are high quality, but all elements might not be considered luxury in nature. There might be more wear on furniture, deck/exterior, etc. TVs are flat screen, but might not be the newest in quality. Might have stone countertops with updated appliances that aren’t stainless steel. These properties have some elements of the Platinum level, but elements are either slightly outdated, worn, or not as high quality.
Platinum
Luxury accommodations. All elements are of high quality, design, and are up-to-date. Consistent furniture and decor in each room. Unique touches such as stone designs, barnwood/shiplap, full log pillars are often found in these properties.
