Description

Located in the convenient Bear Cove Falls cabin community — just 3 miles from Dollywood theme park — Hummingbird Hill Lodge is a chic and beautifully furnished 6-bedroom, 6-bathroom cabin with space for up to 20 guests in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. The spacious 3,600-square-foot cabin boasts the conveniences of home, high-end finishes, fun cabin amenities, and a location that keeps you close to it all, including dinner shows, mountain coasters, country shops, and restaurants. From relaxing mornings enjoying the views to fun afternoons playing games to cozy evenings snuggled up by the fire, you’ll find the retreat from everyday life you needed in the beautiful Hummingbird Hill.

This pet-friendly cabin is packed with amenities, including a private home theater with a big screen TV, theater-style seating tiered for great viewing, and DVD and Blu-ray players; a game space with air hockey, foosball, and arcade games; high-speed wireless internet so you can stay connected; a washer/dryer; and a fully equipped kitchen that’s a chef’s dream.

Outside, the spacious wraparound decks boast wooded and mountain views, rocking chairs, a hot tub, and covered and open spaces for guests to hang out and relax. You can even see seasonal fireworks at Dollywood from the porch! At night, the bedrooms in Hummingbird Hill Lodge will be welcome retreats. They feature 4 king-size beds, 2 queen-size bunk beds, 1 twin-size bunk, and their own TVs. A Pigeon Forge trolley stop is conveniently located at the bottom of the hill, and the cabin even offers community pool access so you can stay cool on those hot summer days!

Living Room
Leave your suitcases at the door and explore the cabin when you first arrive. Follow the lovely hardwood floors into the living room that’s open concept and features plenty of natural light. The sofas are plump and inviting for a sit or a nap, and the stacked stone (electric, no heat) fireplace adds a modern cabin touch. You can relax with entertainment on the flatscreen TV, open a book by a fire with a glass of wine nearby, or simply enjoy a good chat with loved ones. It’s also convenient to gather everyone in the mornings to discuss any plans for the day.

Kitchen
Featuring tons of counter space that wraps around with ample bar seating, stylish slate appliances (including a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and a range), and dark cabinetry to complement the lighter walls in the space, the kitchen is a great place to whip up meals or grab snacks and drinks throughout the day. Plus, it’s fully equipped with all the tools and dishes needed to prepare and serve meals. And since it’s open to the living and dining areas, the chefs in your group can keep conversations going and feel like part of the gang even while chopping, dicing, stirring, stewing, and baking.

Dining Area
When it’s time to eat, set the dining table for 12, small table for 3, and bar seating for 5 so everyone has a place to sit and eat. You can also let kids chow down on the sofas in the living room if they want to watch TV while munching away, which may buy the adults a little more time to chat at the tables. The dining table is also ideal for setting up a few board or card games, crafting with the kids, or sharing midnight margaritas among friends!

Theater Room
After exploring downtown, enjoying a meal, and slipping into your PJs for the evening, we highly recommend hosting movie night in the theater room! Seating is tiered and features drink holders just like a real theater. The room is carpeted for added comfort, and you can find a few bean bags the kids and kids at heart can relax on during the film. Of course, a theater room wouldn’t be complete without DVD/Blu-ray players and a whopping big screen TV. So, grab popcorn from the kitchen, pick a seat, and press play!

Rec Room
Prefer to spend your free time playing games? Check out the rec room at Hummingbird Hill! Challenge yourself to beat the highest arcade scores, enter the foosball field with confidence, and zoom around the air hockey rink like a champion. There’s also a side bar to hold drinks while you play and a flatscreen TV on the wall to add to your entertainment. It’s a fun space to hang out and chill at the cabin on vacation.

Bedrooms
Each sleeping space at this large cabin rental in Pigeon Forge features a flatscreen TV to keep everyone entertained, even right before bed and when waking up in the mornings. Many of the bedrooms even have direct access to a deck, keeping you and guests close to nature, as well as an en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience.

Of the 6 bedrooms in the home, 4 feature a king-size bed and 2 boast a queen-size bunk. There’s also a queen-size sleeper sofa at the cabin and a cool kids’ corner with a twin-size bunk. And with 6 full bathrooms, everyone (up to 20 guests) can get ready for bed or to paint the town red without a hassle.

Outdoor Spaces
Pull up the steep, paved driveway to reach your beautiful large group lodge in the Smokies. Parking fits about 8 vehicles, and there’s a ramp to the front door, making unloading and loading the cars much easier. When you want to relax outside, there are 2 huge decks that wrap all the way around the entire cabin plus another deck downstairs!

Rocking chairs are dispersed around the decks at Hummingbird Hill so you can find a quiet spot to enjoy morning coffee or read the next chapter in your newest novel. There’s a breathtaking mountain view out front plus trees and valleys to enjoy in the back from the steaming hot tub, perfect after playing mini-golf, riding go-karts, and shopping downtown. You can also fire up the charcoal, picnic-style grill for fun cookouts together!

Bonus: you can check out seasonal fireworks from Dollywood while relaxing and sipping cocktails on the porch at Hummingbird Hill Lodge! Especially during Dollywood's Sweet Summer Nights (June – July) or their Smoky Mountain Christmas event (Nov – New Year's), expect to catch a glimpse of brilliant evening displays that light up the sky. The best part? You don't have to pay an entrance fee!

Other Amenities
While vacationing with family and friends is great, sometimes it’s hard to leave our fur babies behind, which is why Hummingbird Hill Lodge is pet friendly! Not to mention, there’s a laundry room with a washer and dryer to take care of loads while away; high speed Wi-Fi so you can video chat, browse attractions online, or get a little work done; and a community pool for summertime splashes through Bear Cove Falls Resort.
