Description

Experience an Eagle View of the Smokies when you stay at this newly refurbished 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin with a loft — featuring 4K ultra HDTVs, brand-new flooring, an updated fully equipped kitchen, a popcorn bar in the rec room, cozy king-size beds, and timeless mountain views! Host movie night with the whole family, whip up a homemade feast, play friendly (or competitive) rounds of pool, and end each night with a relaxing soak in the outdoor hot tub. Accommodating up to 13 guests, friends, family, coworkers, and teammates will surely enjoy all the incredible amenities and upgrades galore at Eagle View!

Living Room
Featuring brand-new furniture and beautiful wood flooring, the living room is the perfect place to unwind with a rest on the living room sofa, a cuddle on the love seat, or a good book in the armchair. With the Smokies just beyond the large windows, no matter the time of day, lovely views are a mere glance away. Should the day get a touch too warm, the ceiling fan will keep everyone cool. In the evening, flip on the gas fireplace to set the mountain mood and prepare snacks on the coffee table for movie night on the 4K 65-inch ultra HDTV.

Kitchen
Bringing the beauty of the Smoky Mountains indoors with hues of brown and hints of gray, the freshly laid wood flooring leads into the nearby kitchen for scrumptious breakfasts, healthy lunches, hearty dinners, and mouthwatering midnight snacks! Recently updated, this kitchen boasts all new stainless-steel appliances, pendant lighting, uniquely cut concrete countertops, and bar seating for 4. Plus, with an open concept on the entry level, spectacular views aren’t far away, making meal preparation much more enjoyable. Fry bacon on the stove, brown toast in the toaster, create smoothies in the blender, brew special blends in the coffeemaker, rinse veggies in the double sink, store a bottle of white in the refrigerator, revive restaurant leftovers in the microwave, and keep frozen treats in the freezer. Don’t forget to let the dishwasher take care of the mess while you head to town for handmade souvenirs from the Great Smoky Arts and Crafts Community!

Dining Room
Sit down for a tasty meal at the wooden dining table (with quaint metal detailing), harboring 6 cushioned chairs for comfort with every bite. While the teens hang at the kitchen bar, the younger kids can enjoy a show with their dinner in the living room. When the main course is finished, bring out the secret selection of cheesecakes to share with the group — bonus points if you whip up a pot of coffee!

Rec Room
Venture to the newly decorated rec room to burn off dessert with a pool tournament — winner chooses the movie for the night to enjoy on the 4K 65-inch ultra HDTV! Having trouble picking a movie? Take some inspiration from the posters around the room. When the decision is made, fix snacks and drinks for everyone at the newly installed kitchenette, grab a throw pillow, pop in the DVD, and snuggle up on the couch or love seat in the media space.

Not up for movie night? Bust out a board game on the coffee table, challenge the high scores of the 60+ games on the Multicade (a classic arcade unit), or chill with a few pals and a cold one at the brand-new popcorn bar with recessed lighting. When the little ones have all tuckered out for the day, tuck them into the triple twin bunk — a new addition they’re sure to love!

Bedrooms
Boasting 2 queen sleepers throughout the home, a triple twin bunk in the rec room, and 2 bedrooms plus a loft, this home has a cozy space for everyone — with all new quilts, bedding, and mattress pads for extra comfort, making the road to dreamland dreamy indeed. While each bedroom comes with its own flatscreen TV for late-night shows, ceiling fan for warmer nights, and king-size bed for snoozing, the primary suite in the loft is definitely top choice.

Head upstairs for a night read in the glider, a hot shower in the private bathroom, a feature film on the flatscreen TV in the media area (DVD player included), and a cuddle in the king-size bed. Most importantly, wake up to eagle views streaming in through the large windows! Keeping convenience and relaxation close, 2 additional bathrooms can be found in the home, including a spacious bath with an indoor jetted tub, perfect for spa night!

Outdoor Spaces
As you pull up the paved driveway (4-wheel drive recommended in winter) to this vacation home with parking for 6, let the excitement begin by leaving your bags in the car and swaying your troubles away in the porch swing on the lower-level deck. When you’re ready, lead the way to the screened-in area on the entry-level deck — enclosed for safe play for the kids — for a lounge in the hot tub or a turn in the rocking chairs while admiring the enhanced mountain views through the freshly trimmed trees. For a special meal, take advantage of the charcoal, picnic-style grill or the propane grill to barbecue tender meats and veggie kabobs — yum!
