Description

Cozy up in your Cozy Cub Cave, a 2-bedroom, 3-bathroom cabin with 1,800+ square feet of space for up to 8 guests in the Chalet Village Resort. From king-size beds and the conveniences of home to great outdoor spaces and cozy interiors, Cozy Cub Cave is just the retreat you’ve been seeking! Slip away with family or friends to this inviting Gatlinburg cabin.

A paved driveway welcomes you home at Cozy Cub Cave. Then step inside to relax in the living room with an electric fireplace. Spend your days here watching TV on the big screen, playing air hockey and shooting pool, and checking out the arcade games for some nostalgic fun. Each bedroom also has its own TV, so guests can fall asleep with some background noise. Cozy Cub Cave also features wireless internet, so you can catch up on emails, post photos, or stay connected.

Conveniences throughout the cabin include a fully equipped kitchen for whipping up snacks and meals, a washer and dryer so you can pack light or wash towels after a day at the community pool (access included when you stay at Cozy Cub Cave), and a charcoal grill for cookouts on lovely mountain days. There are also great amenities outside, including a firepit for chatting or roasting marshmallows, seasonal mountain views (better in winter when the leaves have fallen), and a hot tub to soothe those tired muscles after busy days.

Living Room
After a long day of travel or a busy and fun afternoon playing at Anakeesta or Gatlinburg SkyLift Park in downtown Gatlinburg, retreat to Cozy Cub Cave. The living room is inviting and spacious and offers a relaxing space to unwind and hang out any time. Windows showcase beautiful trees and seasonal mountain scenes. Exposed beams, recessed lighting, and a spiral staircase add charm to the space. And there’s an electric, heated fireplace to keep cozy on chilly nights at the cabin. Flip on the big screen TV to keep everyone entertained, claim a comfy spot on the L-shaped sofa, and enjoy snacks and drinks from the coffee table. The living room is also a nice space to read a riveting novel or work on your next blog post.

Kitchen
Just around the corner is the kitchen that’s fully equipped with major and minor appliances, pots and pans, plates, bowls, cutlery, glasses, and more so you don’t have to pack your entire kitchen this trip. Chop veggies on the counter, toss them into a stir fry, and create a savory meal for dinner. Bake sweet treats in the oven or grab dessert from the freezer. Pop movie-night popcorn in the microwave or reheat leftovers. Snacks and drinks on hand keep everyone fed and happy no matter what time it is. And who doesn’t love midnight margaritas in summer or hot cocoa in winter on vacation!

Dining Area
The dining space is just off the kitchen and consists of a quaint log table, fitting for the Smoky Mountains. There’s also another table and dining space right by the large windows, offering better views and additional room for everyone to sit down for a meal. The tables are versatile for games, crafts, work, homeschool, or simply a chat with a great friend.

Rec Room
Head down the whimsical spiral staircase and into the rec room that features a big screen TV, a sofa, a barrel-style arcade unit, and a multi-game table — with pool, ping pong, and air hockey! It’s a fun place to hang out and play together. There’s even a sink area with a mini-fridge for snacks and drinks and a kids cave (crawl entrance) that leads to a special playroom just for the kiddos! The kids’ playroom features mini-recliners with drink holders, a Lego table, and a big screen TV to play all their favorites.

Bedrooms
When it’s time to hit the hay and recharge, split off into 2 bedrooms — each with a king-size bed a recliner, a ceiling fan, and a big screen TV. The upstairs bedroom even has a steller view of the trees and Smokies, an extra recliner, and a small sink and coffee area, making your stay extra special and convenient. This Gatlinburg cabin also boasts 1 queen-size and 1 full-size sleeper sofa for the kids or other guests.

Outdoor Spaces
Check out those gorgeous seasonal mountain views in winter and tranquil trees in warmer months at Cozy Cub Cave that features 2 deck spaces. Slip into your swimsuit for a soothing soak in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy a meal or coffee and a chat at the outdoor table, and fire up the charcoal grill for fun cookouts in the Smokies. There’s also a firepit with a few seats where you can roast marshmallows and swap stories with a friend. The driveway is paved with parking for 4, and there are only 2 steps down, then 2 steps up to reach the front door, making it easier to haul in suitcases, groceries, or souvenirs.

Other Amenities
Also provided by Cozy Cub Cave on your Smoky Mountain vacation in Gatlinburg, TN, is a washer/dryer so you can stay on top of laundry, especially after ziplining or hiking, plus free Wi-Fi so you can stay connected.

Community Amenities
Nestled in Chalet Village Resort, Cozy Cub Cave offers guests additional amenities to enjoy on vacation. Splash in 3 community pools in summer, play shuffleboard and other games in the clubhouses, stay fit in the workout room, play a few rounds of horseshoes, let the kids enjoy the play area, and play tennis on lit courts.

Local Fun
You’ll appreciate the convenience of being minutes away from all the hustle and bustle of town when you stay at Cozy Cub Cave. Gatlinburg is filled to the brim with entertainment, fun attractions, activities for all ages, yummy restaurants, and loads of shops.

Spend an afternoon traversing the Parkway and playing at all sorts of attractions, like mini-golf, escape games, an award-winning aquarium, and even an aerial adventure park. Pancake houses are aplenty, and Southern dining is around every corner. Sample moonshine and wine, then take some back to the cabin for a nightcap.

Don’t forget to venture into the Great Smoky Mountains National Park for outdoor fun. You can hike to a waterfall, picnic by a river, ride horses through the trees, spot wildlife from a scenic drive through Cades Cove, and fly fish for rainbow trout for starters!

Ober Gatlinburg
Only minutes from the cabin, Ober Gatlinburg not only offers ski slopes in winter but also year-round fun — with an indoor ice rink, kiddy rides, shops, restaurants, a wildlife encounter, a mountain coaster, and a scenic chairlift.

Gatlin’s Smoky Mountain Fun
A booming family fun center, Gatlin’s boasts something for everyone, from bumper cars, laser tag, and blacklight mini-golf to a ropes adventure course, a laser maze, and escape games. They even have a techy Simon Says meets Whack-A-Mole called Atomic Rush!

The Village Shops
Featuring 27 unique shops, The Village is a staple in Gatlinburg for shopaholics and souvenir enthusiasts. With an old-world setting, even those just tagging along can enjoy themselves, sipping coffee by the fountain or eating a donut while strolling along the cobblestone paths.

Community pool access is provided and managed through a third-party company. Cabins For You is not responsible for maintenance or pool closures. The pool is typically open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
