Plus, you’ll have access to Cedar Falls Resort’s outdoor community pool, nature trails, fishing pond, playground, and more!
Bring the whole family or a group of friends to enjoy all Copper River has to offer: lounge by the indoor pool, host movie night on the big screen TV, challenge fellow gamers to an Xbox One battle, rock on the covered front porch, relax in the outdoor hot tub, drift to dreamland in a king-size bed, and take in tree-studded views at breakfast — the options are endless!
Awaiting just past the entryway, the cozy living room boasts a comfy couch for snuggles, a love seat with built-in drink holders, and a coffee table great for piling on movie-night snacks. Undeniably, the first feature you’ll notice is the grand gas fireplace with an incredible mantle, depicting the innate beauty of the surrounding Smokies. After admiring the impressive piece, look to the nature-riffic views through the A-frame windows, which let in tons of natural light during the day. When you’re ready to officially begin your relaxing vacation, flip on the big screen TV and pop in your favorite DVD for a movie marathon! Don’t worry — a half bathroom rests nearby to allow for convenient intermissions.
Complementing the cabin’s all-log interior, the beautiful wooden cabinets in the fully equipped kitchen are stocked with plenty of dishware, coffee mugs, silverware, cookware, pots and pans, and more! Paired with a spacious countertop, sleek black appliances, and a charming window over the stainless-steel double sink, this open space is great for whipping up a hot breakfast, setting out a lunch spread, or preparing grandma’s secret recipe for dinner. Feel free to make ample use of the refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. Though, if cooking isn’t your style, take to the restaurants in town and simply use the space as storage for top-quality midnight snacks — it’s your vacation after all!
Just off the kitchen, the dining area seats 8 comfortably at a large wooden table with cushioned chairs all around. Easily serve savory sides on the table or walk a few steps to the kitchen for seconds — or a sweet-tooth-curbing dessert! When the meal is finished, clear the space for arts and crafts with the kids or a classic board game brought from home.
Private Indoor Pool
Arguably the number one amenity at Copper River is the private indoor pool downstairs. Heated for winter and cool for summer, this unique pool — featuring salt-generating chlorine, gorgeous stone flooring all around, a covered bridge, 2 flowing waterfalls, and large windows nearby with lush forest views — is a year-round oasis for YOU! At 3-4 feet deep and 32 feet long - and kept at 87 degrees - with various underwater ledges, it’s a great pool for teaching kids to swim, splashing with friends, retreating under the bridge, or lounging by a waterfall.
There’s also a half bathroom for convenience and a mounted flatscreen TV with surround sound near the table for 6 to keep the adults entertained while the kiddos wade in the pool to their hearts’ content. And there’s no need to worry about too much humidity as there is a handy dehumidifier in the space to keep everyone in comfort.
Rec Room | Loft
Got gamers in your group? Head to the rec room in the loft to play a selection of games on the Wii U or Xbox One (2 controllers provided) on the flatscreen TV. Not interested in video games? Go for a couple rousing rounds of pool or a card game instead. Best of all, a sleeper sofa and a twin bunk will ensure the youngsters have a snug place to rest their head after gaming all night.
When everyone’s all tuckered out, peel off to the master suite on the entry level for a rejuvenating bath in the jetted tub — with flames dancing in the gas fireplace, what could be better? After soothing your tired muscles, slip into the soft sheets of the king-size bed and watch a comedy on the flatscreen TV for stress-relieving laughs. In the morning, step onto the covered deck to take in the fresh mountain air and listen to the tunes of nature in a rocking chair.
Concerned about the comfort of the other guests? Not to worry, there are also 2 other king bedrooms on the second floor, each with their own flatscreen TV, elegant furnishings, and nearby bath — meaning 3 jetted tubs total! Combined with the twin bunk and sleeper sofa in the loft, up to 10 guests can enjoy a cozy stay at Copper River together.
Nestled on a 1-acre wooded lot and surrounded by the mesmerizing forest of the Great Smoky Mountains, Copper River brings the serenity of nature to YOU! Collect your thoughts on the covered front porch (only 7 steps up), host a barbecue shindig with the charcoal grill on the entry-level back deck, take evening soaks in the outdoor hot tub, and feast your eyes on the shimmering beauty of starry nights in a rocking chair. And don’t fret about the drive as this property is motorcycle friendly and provides paved parking for 5, making it easy to travel to town for outdoor activities, shopping galore, and dinner shows.
What else does Copper River have to offer? For starters, as a part of Cedar Falls Resort, FREE access to an outdoor community pool, hiking trails, picnic pavilion, tennis court, fun playground, fishing pond, and more is yours for the taking! Plus, the cabin comes with a CD player for groovy dance parties, high-speed internet for surfing the web, and a washer and dryer to keep laundry to a minimum when you return home.

The full kitchen made it easy to cook in the cabin and the wireless internet made it easy for me to keep up with work tasks while on vacation. The cabin is very private and you really feel at home. My family and I will definitely be back since we have already reserved it again! I cannot think of any negative comments about the cabin or Cabins For You."
"Visited with my family which included my five year old granddaughter. We had a wonderful time! Having the indoor pool really made it for the little one as she loves being in water. The cabin was big enough without feeling crowded as there were 7 adults and one child. It was very clean and well decorated. It was close enough into town, yet just far away to feel we were not in town and with all the trees surrounding the cabin it was somewhat secluded though there were cabins nearby. We are already planning our next trip."
