A celebration of the environment and conservation practices, Gatlinburg’s Earth Week features live music, family-friendly activities and games, crafts, food, and education about green practices that are simple to implement. The event, held from April 21-27, 2014, is presented by the Gatlinburg Chamber of Commerce Foundation and Hilton Garden Inn.
