This 2,200-square-foot A-frame chalet has 4 bedrooms (including a loft), 3 bathrooms, and space to sleep up to 10 guests.

Start your mornings with a cup of coffee or breakfast at the table on the deck with a view, spend afternoons relaxing in the living room or watching TV in bed, and end the day with relaxing soaks in the hot tub and cozy nights curled up by the wood-burning fireplace. Bear Paw is also a lovely mix of classic mountain chalet and updated features, with a beautiful stone-tile shower, flatscreen TVs, a pool table, and bright white appliances in the kitchen.

Living Room
The ceiling stretches high in the open living room of Bear Ridge, which features exposed wood beams, a sofa and loveseat, plenty of lamps for late-night reading, and a coffee table for snacks, drinks, or brick building for the kids. When you’ve come back from a day of hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, playing at area attractions, and playing or skiing at Ober Gatlinburg, kick off your shoes and relax in this welcoming space.

You can stay warm by the wood-burning fireplace on those cool mountain days and flip on the flatscreen TV that also has cable for your convenience. The living room offers easy access to the deck, along with an open floorplan that makes it easy to chat with guests at the dining table or grab food from the kitchen nearby. When you want to just hang out and have some quality time with your vacation buddies, this will be a great spot.

Kitchen
The charming kitchen in Bear Ridge features white wood cabinets, bright white appliances, and contrasting dark tile countertops. Whether you’ll be cooking in the cabin a little, a lot, or none, the appliances and tools here are sure to come in handy. Pop leftovers in the microwaves, make fresh-baked cookies and holiday favorites in the oven, create delicious breakfasts with the stovetop, keep ingredients and leftovers fresh in the refrigerator, and use the breakfast bar for extra mealtime seating or a buffet of snacks.

Dining Table
Right next to the fully equipped kitchen is the log dining table where you can gather for meals together. Easily grab second helpings from the kitchen just steps away, and use the 3 barstools at the breakfast bar for additional mealtime seating. It’s perfect for pizza nights, bringing your grilled dinners inside, and having hearty breakfasts before big days in town.

When you’re not eating, the lovely wood table is great for game night! Bring along your favorite board games or decks of cards and enjoy some time spent together around the table. Perfectly set up for multiple families or multi-generational families, this 3-level A-frame offers bedrooms across all the levels for some extra privacy. One entry level bedroom has a king-size bed, a bathroom in the hall with a shower/tub combo, a 19-inch flatscreen TV, and easy access to the balcony. A second bedroom on the entry level features 2 queen size beds, as well as its own 19-inch flatscreen TV, balcony access, and access to the hall bathroom with shower and tub combo.

In the loft bedroom, you’ll find a king-size bed, access to another level of deck, a 19-inch flatscreen TV, and a bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo. Downstairs, enjoy a king-size bed, a 19-inch flatscreen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a jetted tub/shower combo.

Each bedroom throughout Bear Ridge is its own relaxing retreat, with a total of 3 kings, 2 queens, and space to sleep up to 10 guests in the cabin. When you want your own space, you can retreat to these cozy bedrooms to rest, rejuvenate, and unwind.

Outdoor Spaces
Time to get outside! From serene wooded views to a wraparound deck to a soothing hot tub, the outdoor spaces at Bear Ridge invite you to breathe in the fresh air, soak up the sounds of the Smokies, and unwind in the serenity of the mountains.

On nice mountain days, fire up the gas grill and toss on burgers, steaks, and kabobs. Then sit down at the 4-person table for al fresco dining with a wooded view. You can have coffee as you start the day on the balcony or head to the hot tub to relax aching muscles after a long day. The cabin also features a driveway that was repaved and widened in 2018, making arrivals even easier.
