Welcome to Bana's Place, a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin hosted by Cabins for YOU. Tucked in the trees along Cool Creek in Sevierville, this cozy retreat sits right on the water and sleeps up to 4. It's the kind of place where you can soak in the hot tub and listen to the creek, rack up the pool table in the game room, and toast marshmallows around a stone fire pit as the sun goes down. Simple, comfortable, and genuinely hard to leave.
Living Room The living room is casual and welcoming, with leather recliner sofas, warm hardwood floors, and just enough mountain charm to set the tone from the moment you walk in. A "Let's Explore" sign on the wall pretty much sums up the vibe.

Kitchen and Dining The galley kitchen is warm and well-stocked, with rich knotty wood cabinets, a stone tile backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and a skylight that keeps things bright. It flows right into a cozy dining nook with a classic wood table, wainscoting on the walls, and a "Gather" sign that will have everyone in the right mood.

Bedrooms Both bedrooms are dressed in cozy buffalo plaid quilts with a mountain lodge feel. Each has hardwood floors, a ceiling fan, a wall-mounted TV, and warm wood furnishings for a relaxed, restful night. The home has 2 full bathrooms, including one with a walk-in glass shower.

Rec Room The dedicated game room is a serious bonus. Set in its own outbuilding just steps from the main cabin, it's a spacious hangout spot with enough going on to keep everyone entertained long after dinner.

Outdoor Spaces The outdoor setup at Bana's Place is the real showstopper. A gravel patio with Adirondack chairs wraps around a stone fire pit right at the edge of the creek, where Cool Creek runs clear and close enough to hear from your chair. The hot tub sits on its own deck for soaking, and a built-in outdoor grill rounds out a backyard that practically runs itself. Toss a game of cornhole on the lawn and you're set for the evening.

The cabin is in a little circle (almost cul-de-sac) with other cabins, still felt very private, the beds and linen were clean, the garage, entertainment, and hot tub were perfect. There is a stream outback that's perfect for kids. We did not make use of the TVs but there are plenty of them. The toilets had yellow rings, likely a result of sitting for sometime. There was some toothpaste on the bathroom mirror. Some of the silverware was not clean. You have to sign up for some other app to receive check-in instructions, which I do not believe was disclosed prior. They also are only available to respond during normal business hours which was 0% of our stay. We did not have any major issues and enjoyed our stay.

About 20 minutes from the main strip in Pigeon Forge full of plenty of winding roads to get to and from. Make sure you’re paying attention or you will miss the turn, almost every time!

What is your cancellation policy?
4+ bedroom cabins: No cancellation or change of cabin or dates within 6 months of stay.

CFY offers cancellation protection that allows you to cancel your reservation at any point prior to initial use of your key code on your arrival date. Please see details when checking out.
Do you have any pet friendly cabins?

What amenities are offered in all your cabins?
Each of our cabins has a fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, stove/oven, and varying countertop appliances), shared living spaces for guests, a dining table and/or breakfast bar for in-cabin dining, and cozy bedrooms. Most feature wireless internet, flatscreen TVs, washers and dryers, decks with wooded or mountain views, and some games or game tables! You can browse by amenity online to find the perfect fit.
What should we bring from home?
You’ll supply your own food, drinks, toiletries, charcoal and lighter fluid (for charcoal grills), propane (for gas grills; check cabin before purchasing), and any other movies or games you’d enjoy on vacation!
We’ll give you a starter supply of:
1 trash bag per container
1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom
1 bar of soap per bathroom
Do you provide bedding and towels?
We provide all linens, along with 1 towel and 1 washcloth per person (based on property sleeps advertised). Many of our cabins have washers and dryers, so it is easy to use only the towels we provide. If your cabin does not have a washer/dryer, you may want to bring extra towels from home.

Most of our cabins offer high-speed wireless internet, but not all. Please check the amenities list and description, or check with your Vacation Specialist when booking!
What is the check-in and checkout process?
Check-in is easy with Cabins for YOU. Each cabin has an electronic keypad, and we’ll supply the unique code for your cabin 2 days before check-in. No keys, no going to an office. You’ll use this to unlock your cabin each time you enter. Checkout is equally simple. Just shut the door behind you as you leave and it will automatically lock!
Check-in/out times: Check-in starts at 4 p.m. EST with guaranteed check-in at 6 p.m. Checkout time is 10 a.m. EST. We can’t guarantee early check-ins or late checkouts, but you can check with your Vacation Specialist. Hourly fees apply for early check-ins.
Before leaving, please be sure to:
Place towels and washcloths in the bathtub (We’ll take care of bedding!)
Put trash in proper containers
Clean used dishes
Clean any large messes made during stay
Lock the door behind you
How/when do I get directions to my cabin?
Once you’ve made your reservation, you’ll receive a confirmation email that will have the directions to your cabin rental.

What is your policy for hot tub, swim spa, and pool use?
Please report any issues regarding cleanliness of hot tubs, swim spas, or pools upon arrival. We will do our best to resolve them right away. To keep these spaces clean and serviceable for all guests, please shower off before using and refrain from using any lotions or oils. If issues are reported more than 24 hours after arrival, any additional cleaning fees will be charged to current guest.

Explanation of Cancellation Protection
Cancellation protection is best explained as "the ability to cancel a booking" service. It's not a replacement for RedSky's Travel Insurance, but an additional option for guests to have peace of mind when traveling to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, Tennessee.

Guest can cancel for any reason and will be refunded 100% of nightly rents and all fees, excluding cancellation protection, reservation fee and travel insurance.
Refund will be processed immediately but may take up to 7 business days to reflect on guest's banking account.
