Life has a tendency to toss obstacles onto our paths when it comes to taking care of ourselves, but not this time. It might be that the obstacle of time or distance has been standing in your way, but breathe deep, as you’ve finally arrived. At Last. Treat yourself and your family or a close group of friends to a well-deserved getaway for up to 6 people in this 2-bedroom, 2-bath cabin. Your quaint home-away-from home, At Last will whisper to your heart and rejuvenate your spirit during your stay in the Smoky Mountains.

A sense of relief washes over you as you are at last greeted by this opportunity to relax. Natural sunlight intermingles with light colored walls and vaulted ceilings to wrap you in a cozy mountain embrace. You will find warmth thoughtfully tucked into every nook and cranny. Bring your bags into the upstairs primary suite or the second king-sized suite located downstairs. Also downstairs you will find a twin sized bunk for the kids. Now that you’ve unloaded, it is time to fill your tank to the top with fresh mountain air. Through the quaint kitchen and onto the covered deck you go. Inhale. At last! From your own private deck you can experience nature or time the tram as it makes its regular rounds up and down the mountain, to and from Ober Gatlinburg.

While life from your mountain perch is certainly enchanting, don’t let it cause you to miss actually living it in the city. Since you’re just a few short miles from downtown Gatlinburg, you can take the tram instead of merely watching it pass you by! At last no more disagreements about how best to spend your time. You’ll have the opportunity to make memories that your entire family will cherish! Don’t let life stand in the way of your mountain reset. Put those obstacles aside and make plans for yourself and your loved ones. Your At Last is waiting.

Living Room
Gather your party together in the living room, where a plush couch and loveseat, along with a glider rocker provide seating for everyone. Start a cozy fire in the gas fireplace and put your feet up as you recline in the motion loveseat. Enjoy watching a movie on the flatscreen TV using the cabin’s Wi-Fi, or just enjoy good family conversation in front of the fire – or bring along your favorite board games. The coffee table is the perfect size for setting up a game and gathering around for an evening of family fun!

After a full day of sightseeing or exploring nature’s glorious playground, you’ll be thrilled to step back into your mountain home at last to replenish your energy with a hearty meal. Whether your plans are to reheat leftovers of your favorite local cuisine or prepare a delicious meal for your entire party to enjoy, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need. When you are ready to eat, you can sit together around the table in a cozy nook, perfect for sharing an intimate meal with the ones you love most.

Rec Room
Anytime the younger guests need to expend a little extra energy, you can send them downstairs to the game room while you enjoy some peace and quiet (at last!). In the game room, the flatscreen TV can provide the commentary on a game of pool. A little round table with chairs is the perfect setup for a card game! If everyone is played out, the comfy couch offers the best seat in the house for a downstairs movie. If you have children in your party, they will love that their sleeping space is just around the corner in an alcove that couldn’t be more perfect for a bunk bed!

You’ve had an incredibly beautiful, memorable day. Because beautifully, memorable days are also typically long, you will be so thankful to retreat to your room at last. The upstairs king-sized primary suite is warmed by natural light during the day. Kick up your feet in the comfy armchair surrounded by windows and enjoy turning the pages of your favorite book. Everyone knows reading is more fun in the mountains. Or you can save your book for winding down at night, with the soft glow of the lamp at your bedside table providing the perfect amount of light. If you’re not a reader, feel free to turn on the 46” flatscreen TV. You can relax your mind and body all at the same time. An en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo will give you the utmost privacy.

If you’re not quite ready for the kids to be separated from you by an entire floor, you might prefer the king-sized room downstairs. You will be closer to them, sharing your bathroom with them. But you will have access to all the other amenities of the upstairs suite.

Outdoor Spaces
Your private deck will be a favorite among your group. You’re likely to spend a good bit of time there as at last you have the opportunity to get acquainted with nature. Prepare a meal on the gas grill and enjoy it at the picnic table without worrying about a little rain. Soak in the hot tub as you watch the sun dip behind the mountains and the stars make their quiet entrance, one by one. Sip coffee as you sit back in the rocking chairs. You'll also have paved parking for easy arrivals.

Community Amenities
At Last is part of a greater community of cabins in the Chalet Village Resort. As a guest of the cabin, you will have access to the community’s three clubhouses. Each clubhouse has its own outdoor swimming pool as well as several other amenities unique to each one. You might love the competition of a game of tennis on the lighted courts, or a low key round of table tennis might better suit your personality. Challenge a friend to a strategic game of chess or a fun game of foosball. Reconnect with the global community with access to free Wi-Fi. No need to worry about falling off the exercise wagon on this getaway! From walking trails to workout rooms, your mountain retreat will provide everything you need to stay healthy and fit—mind, body, and soul.

Reviews for At Last 860

  • "This cabin has a beautiful view from the bedroom, living room and the top deck! It was well stocked and had a gas grill available that we used instead of eating out during the covid pandemic. The bed was very comfortable but very high for my short legs. (I'm only 5'1") Not a problem though. Only a few short steps to get inside and we only had to go down stairs to do laundry since there were only 2 of us. Plenty of room for 4 more guests if needed. There is a hot tub but we did not use it since we have one at home. Quiet and nestled in the mountain but just a very short drive to the park and Gatlinburg. This cabin does need a little cleaning up such as carpets downstairs and a lot of bugs in the windows but it wasn't bad enough to bother us and we are in the woods/mountains. We would stay here again."

  • "Stayed here for a weekend, easy check-in process and cleanliness. The location is fantastic being less than 2 miles from downtown G-burg. Would recommend this place to anyone and hope to stay here again one day."

  • "Really nice view, close to Gatlinburg and a nice hiking trail which was perfect for the little kiddos. The split level scared me but managed to be okay for the 5 and 2 1/2 year old. They loved the bunk beds!"

  • "Great place to stay while visiting the Smokies. Is located on top of a pretty steep hill so be ready! Also lots of bear activity (fun fact; bears can open car doors!)"

  • "Our family of five all loved the cabin. Checking in was easy. The couches and beds were comfy. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook when we didn't feel like going out. Everyone enjoyed hanging out in the hot tub at night. I liked the location since it was pretty close to the little downtown area but we were still up in the mountains enough to have a great view."

  • "Great location with beautiful views. Quiet and very comfortable with plenty of room"

  • "We've stayed @ "The 860 Cabin" the past 2yrs and the view and location being 1mi from downtown Gatlinburg has worked out great for our fall vacation getaway."

  • "We enjoyed the view of the park from the bedroom, balcony and hot tub. Great location for visiting the park. Cabin was clean and very comfortable."
