Living Room
Step inside the inviting living room of Antler Hill and take a load off. Unwind on the leather sofa and loveseat, relax in the chair while propping your feet on the ottoman, and flip of the new 4K flatscreen TV with DVD player while you hang out. The coffee table is large enough for snacks, drinks, or cards, and tabletop lamps offer the perfect light for cracking open that book on a laid-back afternoon. Little ones can crawl around on the rug as you chat, make plans for the week, and catch up with family and friends.
Kitchen
Gatlinburg offers many great restaurants where you can dine in or grab takeout, but sometimes you want to make your own meals – including when you want to save more money for fun attractions. The kitchen in Antler Hill is well equipped to take care of your group, with recessed lighting, dishes and glassware, utensils, cooking tools, and full-size appliances in all black.
Make coffee in the mornings, blend a smoothie, toss some bagels in the toaster, keep fresh fudge cool in the refrigerator, warm up leftovers in the microwave, and take advantage of the oven/stovetop for bigger meals. When you’re done, toss everything in the dishwasher for easy cleanup and spend more time enjoying your stay.

The dining table near the living room and kitchen seats 6, perfect for your whole group. Enjoy holiday feasts, easy lunches, pizza delivery, or snack buffets here. And when it’s not mealtime, use this spacious table to play cards or break out the board games! From cookies to crafts to candlelit dinners, this table offers space for any type of vacation.
Rec Room
It’s game time at Antler Hill! Make your way to the rec room in your private home, located on the third level. Here you can hang out on the plush sofa in front of the flatscreen TV with DVD player, play checkers, cozy up by the electric fireplace, shoot some pool, or try your hand at the classic standup LED arcade console with 60 games straight from the 80s.
There is even extra sleeping space here, with a sleeper sofa perfect for kids’ sleepovers. While there are plenty of arcades and ways to play downtown, this will be your go-to spot when you don’t want to get out of the house (or your pajamas). A bathroom is also easily accessible on the third level.
When you do want to get out to play, take a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg for arcades, mini golf, laser tag, go karts, old-time photos, a world-class aquarium, unique attractions like the Ripley’s family of attractions, and plenty of arcades to check out!
Bedrooms
Ready to call it a night? The 2 bedrooms at Antler Hill will be your own private retreats. There are 2 bedrooms on the second level, each with a private bathroom, inviting gas fireplace, and balcony for some fresh air. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and a flatscreen TV, while the other bedroom here offers a queen-size bed.
Outdoor Spaces
What’s a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains without some great outdoor spaces? Start with the peaceful stream running in front of the property, giving you that truly serene mountain setting. Then enjoy the deck, where you can read a good book in the porch swing, start your days with coffee in the rocking chairs, or end the evening chatting on the covered deck.
The outdoor spaces also boast a lovely gazebo, complete with rocking chairs, a grill for cookouts on nice days, and a hot tub where you can soak those tired muscles after long days exploring downtown Gatlinburg or hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park

Antler Hill is conveniently located a short drive from downtown Gatlinburg, making your drive a quick one when you want a bite to eat, to do some shopping, or to play at area attractions. From mini golf and laser tag to outlet stores and art galleries, Gatlinburg has it all! If you’re here with couples, sip moonshine, stop by downtown Gatlinburg for some live music, or tour a local winery. For trips with kids, drive go karts, check out the Ripley’s attractions, spend some time playing in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, or take the drive to neighboring Pigeon Forge for even more fun!
